Probably the same relevance as the current market cap. It was a question I was asking in any case. Anything is possible but I think folk getting very carried away here, especially with all the comparisons that keep being posted.

As I recall the company has no assets and no drugs that are ready to be marketed, correct or not ?

As I recall the company has very limited cash, themselves projecting that they are ok until H2 next year. As of that is reassuring, 8 months until they run out is what that says.

Their major shareholder is dumping large quantities, when a mega deal is purported to be imminent. By year end if I recall. That’s rather odd, is it not ?

The current market cap is around £50m I think. It’s odd to think that billion dollar deals are really being negotiated yet nobody has taken notice. Is that odd, or not ?

As I said, anything is possible. But, some things are more likely.

I remain cautiously optimistic of a deal being done next year before they run out of cash and I hope that it sees us double in value, a bit like most of those comparisons folk are posting on here daily. The J&J one for example.

What’s the point of reviewing accounts? They have non income other than placing money and some small tax credits. They have no assets other than the cash from placings. Theres literally nothing to see other than more and more dilution until the hopeful day arrives.

For sure they will need to raise cash before 1st July if no deal done by then.

Yeah it’s been bearish since his last interview. That was awful and spooked some people I think. The change of tone since first two interviews is odd. Market seldom wrong it has to be said.

Oh and I suppose me saying 30 mins ago that it would trade in the 8’s shortly was also incorrect ?

Sharedog you don’t make much sense and my opinions are based on logic and openly available data. I’m not sure how anyone with a modicum of intelligence can actually challenge what I’m suggesting. At the very least, it has to be considered a possible scenario.

Anyway I’m bored of reading the emotional posts that have zero substance.

Sharedog I don’t have evidence but do have common sense. I think I have spelled out many times why I think the deal, if it happens, will be next year. Nothing more obvious than the clear change of tone and body language from interviews one and two to three. Then the pointless RNS’s, which again had a different tone and wording.

Then of course the points I have made repeatedly - desperation around cash and getting the landers money back in line, the timeline for a patent approval, the timeline for trials, the probability of anyone stumping up at this early stage and and and.

At the same time they are in a very weak position financially. They have stated cash until H2, assuming no further costs borne (is that correct spelling) for R&D. I think that’s precarious, even desperate, and that could be exploited. The longer it takes, the better it is for a partner.

Add it all together, look at the market reaction, and make your own mind up. The aforementioned is my view.

Not at all juxtaposition. I’ll be very surprised if there is a deal. I think this will go on for months and they will have to compromise. Everyone conveniently forgets that there is no patent award and that last clinical trial was a failure. It will take a lot to convince anyone to buy in big without further positive trials.

I have a strong feeling that we may need to move to trials before a deal. Maybe pharma will fund the trial.

As expected the downward trajectory continues and will keep going until some news. Now that Lanstead money is done, from the bad deal, there is unlikely to be any more ramping of the share. Sit tight until deal time, most likely next year. What happens in between irrelevant if you’re in for the end game gamble.
