… anyone any ideas why nobody showing interest in the share when we are allegedly on the verge of a multi billion dollar deal? No wonder I am skeptical.

I’m not following the numbers, nor is anyone else on here. I’m happy to admit I am confused, you should try the same instead of continuing the condescending posts.

How do you explain the obvious variance ?

They are non responsive. I expect more important things to sort out right now. The data clearly wrong though. I see nobody offering an explanation

Hits can you explain the increased sales volume, at 200% increased gas price, resulting in a drop in revenue. I can’t but if you can then I’m all ears.

Meantime I see further weakness and a tick down on the bid shortly. Yes another one. The market doesn’t like this share.

Oofy today’s figures aren’t correct, can’t be. As for RTO I’m sure it was on the table, they haven’t made this up.

Let us see what the next week brings. I’m sure we will see a final deal done with the lender and a rejection of the acquisition. Hope I’m wrong on the latter.

Gas sales up 6.6% on previous quarter, based on Nat Gas data.

Revenue down 6.7% on previous quarter.

Majority of the volume for but quarters was hedged and Q3 is a premium of c200%.

Of course there is something not right.

Doomsday crowd are jumping on the ongoing. Concern comment. That’s a legal requirement and not an expectation. Today’s and the recent RNS are very clear, positive ongoing discussions, agreement reached in principle, they will announce it once complete (will, not if).

You think lender will take equity as part of any new deal ? Personally I don’t, more favourable terms and allow them the opportunity to drill another well and optimise existing ones meantime. I’m still confident that things will be brighter ahead. We can all stop speculating soon enough.

Yes we can expect to be relisted next week. Might be uncertainty if the finance deal not finalised by then.

There is something not right about today’s numbers. Doesn’t make sense, can’t make sense. I believe there will be no RTO and the new loan terms will provide a lifeline. What are the alternatives ? Lender can’t pull the plug so they will provide terms that get their money secured and meantime production is solid with clear upside still to be had.

Is JK’s theory possible? Let’s hope so.

Exactly Juxtaposition. You would never brag about such things. I think it was done to recover from the disastrous Lanstead deal. They needed to get that back on an even keel to survive without. Another imminent placing.

I think he has been overzealous JK. Watch again the last 2 interviews and jot down the differences, language and body language. Then look at those last two RNS’s. My god, those were scraping the bottom of the barrel. We have a new website and we are going to a conference - LITERALLY, that is what they announced to the stock market. Very concerning if you ask me.

…Asset value is their cash, which they don’t have much left. Probably zero by mid year. Market cap = £60m ish. That’s your deal right there, upside very limited IF they get a deal done.

I think any deal will be well in to next year. 50/50 whether they will get anything over the line, bear in mind their product was unsuccessful at the last trial so it will be a big risk for Pharmas to jump in now. I suspect, after due diligence, that they will probably hold back until a new trial is conducted.

Also, don’t forget that a chunky deal is already priced in at £60m mcap…. So there is a long way to fall if there is any negative news.
