They have solid income now and looks like it is getting better. Considerable cash if they haven’t had to pay the instalments, I expect they will use the cash for work over and the acquisition and roll 100% of the £29m. As mentioned easily manageable on current cash inflow. I also expect better terms from the lender.

£29m is easily manageable with the enhanced revenue they are enjoying now. I am sure they will do the work over any time now and that should hopefully give another 20%+ boost then they can pay down the debt very quickly. All looking good and thankfully no default. Hope they manage to get this minority stake away, sounds like an interesting and potentially quite lucrative opportunity. Looking forward to the next updates.

I presume the cash will come from an injection from the current partners. Also your comment is wrong, thankfully there hasn’t been any default and the negotiated consolidated debt is stated today. All sounds good to me, very positive once we re open.

@lord I do think it would be beneficial if it is a proper update. I agree we don’t need more of Tim’s silky bull, I think that has done more damage than good. Those interviews were cringeworthy and who ever issues an RNS about a website upgrade. What I meant was a proper formal update as all we have seen so far is a whole load of ambiguity and hope / hype.

To state that they are now formally in negotiations with xx companies on xx number of deals and they expect to conclude in xx timeframe, this is exactly what is needed now and the absence of it suggests they are not in this space yet.

Wouldn’t do any harm to update the market that discussions are ongoing and reaffirm expectations. They should be providing some sort of update given talks must be advancing.

@guitar I don’t think Tim and Seb have made all this up. I think they genuinely believe they have something special but they have been over zealous in their poor running commentary. I strongly believe that this has gone against them and the reality is that their wonderful drug still has a long way to go before it can be considered a commercial proposition. Most likely some Pharmas are interested but at double digit millions which is an issue for Tim as he has been shouting loud about billions. All in all it has been disastrous PR thus far and we are suffering as a result. All in my opinion of course.

Agree 100% Tiger. Especially as he emphasised in one interview that the deal could be as early as first week if September. I think it will well in to next year before they get anything done and I am not convinced that it will be any more than £100m in value.
