I think it’s very sad that shareholders were mislead and many lost money buying on the hype. I was lucky buying with an average of 5p and selling at 10-12p, when it was just obvious this had been overhyped.

I dont think it was deliberate though, i simply think they just have no idea. Extremely naive i would say. Remember those cringeworthy interviews that I called out immediately? Do you remember Tim talking about ‘the magic’ and how this magic would seal the deal any time from ‘now (first week Sept) and end of the year’. He reiterated this clear misguidance 2 or 3 times. He was overzealous through ignorance imo, nothing more.

You will recall me pointing out the fist clear signs of this after the 3rd interview with that unknown fella. It was clear he had an immediate wing clipping and all was not as simple as he had stated. Then followed the 2 diabolical RNSs about absolutely nothing, a final attempt to keep things alive without saying anything.

Now Tim has the audacity to have more interviews claiming that such deals are complex and ‘obviously take a long time’. Well if that is OBVIOUS Tim, why did you lead us all to believe that a deal might be announced in September? And why did you tell us several times that a deal WILL be done before end of the year ? I think these are serious counts of negligence and i wouldnt be surprised if some people take action.

So for me it is quite clear, and simple. The ‘magic’ simply wasn't magic and the pharmas are not seeing the success potential clearly. Hence they are in a period of extended assessment and due diligence, most probably requiring extended testing and evidence (my opinion).

In my opinion the delay is nothing to do with complexity. The delay is due to lack of conviction due to the asset requiring much more testing and assessing, before valuing it in the hundreds of millions.

Whilst it is just my opinion based on rational logic and interpretation of the chain of events, i do believe I am 100% spot on with my assumptions.

Logical debate on the above would be welcomed. Note, i hold just under 1.5m shares at average of 6.0559p and maintain a June target price of 20p.

He clings on to this fantasy that he is an industry expert and regularly posts about himself and his talent, when in fact it is all from ChatGPT. Yeah bootnk I was attacked every time I posted the reality. There was a slight lull when I was proven correct at the last RNS but it creeps in again when you post anything moderately sensible. Too many on here only want to believe fairytales of great riches and are unable to consider any possible risks, nor are they able to interpret the clear signs that have come from Tim over the course of his Netflix series.

I watched the latest interview again and it is clear that they are much further away than Dec/Jan to update us. There was every opportunity to say Jan, Q1, H1, XX weeks, xx months. But no, he said only 2026. I think June but maybe I am optimistic

The suspension is due to the material uncertainty of being a going concern, that is clear in their last announcement. I still expect a good deal to be done with the lender and cash freed up for work overs and hopefully this stake in the GoA asset. I am sure an inexpensive coiled tubing operation could add 20-30% to production levels which will have a huge impact. Currently generating good cash flow and more than ready to service revised debt and build enough cash for a new well. All promising and will hopefully relist soon (this year).
