I think it’s important that any deal is heavily weighted to upfront payment and near term milestone payments. It seems $50-100m up front is the range for the big deals. If we get this same level then I think it will be a long time to see real gains as trials will take a couple of years and have risk, and commercialisation is likely 3-5 years away. A buyout would be the best option, even low balled.

Fair point lord, there was certainly manipulation to max the lanstead deal, that was obvious from the 2 RNS’s that followed the horror podcast shows.

That’s clear Roger. Tim was over excited and pharmas definitely don’t see the same magic. Still I’m expecting a deal and somewhere around £25-50m up front will work wonders. I still see 20p as a real possibility next year.

@dgdg1 I’m afraid you can’t believe anything from them. If you go back to the initial interviews, Tim said they had multiple parties interested and that they rushed back to talk further after the patent was filed. Today we are talking to a number of parties (that’s not more than previously stated btw) and that ‘IMM approached them selectively’. Yet another contradiction I’m afraid. Just take the time to listen to all teh interviews and take notes, you will find lots of irregularities. So yes, I think you are hearing lots of bull.

My point on the diligence is this - we were clearly told that they now have the ‘magic’ and the pharmas once they see this will act quickly (that was the inference). What I am saying is that magic isn’t as magic as purported, otherwise there would be an immediate decision and offers would have flooded in any day from now (as we heard first week September).

You are asking me for evidence? What more evidence do you need on top of the communication debacle we have witnessed for 3 months ? It’s there for even the dumbest to see.

I watched both interviews today. Yes he says in the new year which is very vague, when compared with ‘by the end of the year’.

He clearly never said ealry in the new year. He emphasised a few times 2026. I still think mid year but hopefully I’m wrong and it’s Q1.

Meanwhile L2 went very positive one minute before that big drop. Must be large sale in background, or the opposite, trying to fill a large buy.

Can someone clarify when and where he clearly said ‘early 2026’. That is quite misleading, he has never stated early, only 2026 / in the new year.

That is true roger, he did lie about that. I just hope he isn’t lying about how magic the magic is. Certainly these delays of 3 months now indicate that the Pharmas may have a less bullish view.

I never said it has nothing and I never said Tim was a liar. I think they have a chance of a deal on P140 by middle of next year and I am expecting 20p if successful. Still a gamble but a good chance of trebling my money, on top of the big profit I made on the previous 1.5m that I sold.

See my post of 30 mins or so ago, that it my current view. Very clear.

I don’t think I called Tim a liar anywhere although it has crossed my mind a few times. I have come to the conclusion that he just doesn’t know what he is doing and that was clear from his awful ‘changing’ communication and body language in the interview horror shows.

I don’t hold 1.4m, it’s 1.485m. And I don’t talk it down, I talk 100% reality and objectivity.
