Free time I don’t think the conference is set up to allow companies to take over and steal the show. I suspect they are going as they still need to find partners as they haven’t been able to get a deal done yet. Don’t forget, also JP Morgan conference, have you asked why on that one?

Given how burst the IMM leadership team are purported to be, dealing with multiple Pharmas round the clock (I think we got phrases like that), it is very odd that the whole leadership team are taking near one week out of the business to network.

For me this is clear sign that negotiations are protracted and, for some reason, getting a deal over the line is difficult. Hence they are starting again to build relationships and promote their portfolio, possible to strengthen negotiations underway, or to replace them.

I am finding it hard to see any other plausible explanation for visiting a finance conference and a bio conference- other than they need to raise funds soon and they need to find partners.

Of course this will generate some verbal abuse but you have to consider what I have just written, it makes perfect sense.

If we get a 20-30% increase in production (is that not pessimistic?) then they will pay down 29m with ease and still have cash. If they do a small fund raise once the price settles that would also be prudent imo. Agree many mistakes and miscalculations in the past but that need not be a guide to the future. If fund raise goes without and dilution and work over highly successful then I am sure you will see a rapid rerating, could that be doubling trebling or more, I think so.

From my perspective there have been many bad RNS’s recently, you have seen my running commentary on them all. I think the company are a PR disaster but I have a string feeling that they may get somewhere with their product. You see this in many industries, incompetent outfits do well if the product is right. It is always about the product. Hence I am trying to put the PR disasters aside when making my investment decisions. I doing however put them aside in order to daydream and make excuses for them, never.

Mirasol how much money you think they have now? I reckon substantial and more than enough to drill a well. Let’s assume the debt is fully financed (meaning to lump sum pay in) and if they do a placing along the lines of bubbles conspiracy, then they have plenty cash. IMO it would be prudent to keep that and refinance the full £29m on better terms. They can choose to pay lump sums going forward depending how strong the cashflow is.

I still see a really string recovery when we get back to business. The lender is the key and they are clearly 100% behind ANGS. Production will now take care of itself.

Certainly seems to be momentum but we have seen that many times on nothing.
