I am still optimistic but really feel it will be way below what everyone is hoping for. I think the really good reasoned and balanced debate over the last couple days has put a rational perspective, with lots of data and solid logic. All concurs to seeing something on the lower side, and quite a bit further down the line.

@Jen I took the same from their attendance, that it was essentially starting again with the promotion of P140. We can hope that anyone still interested, from the September surge of interest, might be encouraged to do something based on that FOMO that they talk about on here every Friday.

Yeah seems easy to buy under 7p now, having been easy to sell above that an hour or two ago. Guess some sells lurking, might see after the close.

I think better to set an alert and switch off for a few months and let them get the deal(s) done.

Strange that a full 0.5p drop on the bid and the offer, based on love price data an hour or so ago. That’s quite a big a sudden drop amidst the optimism surrounding the conference , approaching 8%. Interesting to see how the close looks.

Agree Roger I didn’t mean any more of those desperate video interviews. I was meaning a formal update on discussions. As talk progress they will be obliged to update the market in any case, before any deals are announced. Assuming it’s true that there are multiplie parties in negotiations.

Wouldn’t expect any announcements at the conference but any positive PR spin would be welcome. You’d like to think Tim would fill any news vacuum with some type of update. After all he wasn’t shy before.

I don’t know what these guys smoke. Nonchalantly says it just needs to break 17.6 then 28, then 38 then 54 😂😂. Then he pitches watch out for 1p. Chartists or whatever they call themselves should come with a health warning.

It’s interesting that TIm hasn’t mentioned Avion once amongst all of his promotional work. Certainly would be great news if that old agreement is somehow null and void but I can’t think of circumstances to make that possible.

@Prof I really don’t know as I don’t have enough knowledge on the topic. I am assuming the milestones and royalties already agreed will still stand. Maybe someone more clued up in this space can advise based on the link I shared earlier. Copied again for easy reference.

Rookie I wasn’t justifying my valuation, I was just sharing the details of the last deal as it has never been discussed on here. The salient point was the deal structure which I have mentioned several times, we don’t want anything that is so heavily weighted to the back end as we will be waiting 4-5 years for a return.

@prof where do you get this idea from ? Avion have the rights to everything for US. That’s been clear from the start.

But, yes, for the Lupus, IMM can proceed with Avion under the old 2019 Agreement. Not, for the remaining 49 new indications.

I’m assuming there is no way out of this Avion deal and they also have rights to all other conditions that P140 can treat going forward, with only $5m for each one that is approved. A quick google check shows US is around 30% of the global lupus market so that’s a pretty big chunk of a chunky deal already going to Avion for peanuts, and the income from it will be 3-5 years away.
