Cthed I dont mind some silliness. I love a sense of humour but there needs to be a line drawn at abuse. I have been subjected to all manner of abuse covering the full spectrum. Let tomorrow be the new beginning

Yeah it is sad juxtaposition, especially when you consider that 50+ posts have been removed so it the ratio much more acute. I have said for a few weeks now that there is no interest, which is usually met with derision and abuse. Reality is that there is no interest in IMM, investors have lost trust and institutions have never had belief.

Back to the chats I have done everything I can today to mediate and moderate and have had some success but it is very difficult. You have such a large number of disrupters who are heel bent on defaming and abusing and they use some of the most horrible language. Let us keep working on this board being about objective and rational IMM debate.

@Bubblepoint of course some are assumptions, but very logical ones. Some are facts which you are also cognisant of. Stop playing it down, you are well aware of how good things are looking now.

Pebsi that’s what we want, good opinions being shared. But you can’t be using bad language, insults, euphemisms that insult. Today I have had around 30-40 such insults and thankfully all of the posts are removed by LSE so they dont linger. Let us hope tomorrow is a civil day, maybe even kicking off with an RNS

@Pompal please dont keep making such statements. Of course I do not work for LSE. I am a wealthy private investor and have a reasonable sized holding in IMM. I wish for success for IMM but I am posting my views on a regular basis, all of which have been pretty accurate till now. I prefer that you and others stop the foul and abusive posts. We dont mind some light hearted fun and sarcasm but the vindictiveness is not acceptable and I am taking steps to clean up this board, which is in everyone’s best interests.

Mirasol read my last post. These are reasonable assumptions but I am 100% confident of the lower rate on the loan. Good cash is logical isn’t it ? Since March what has the income been? What is reasonable admin costs ? What is reasonable opex? You will be left with 3-5m in my opinion.

£30m total debt is a fact.

workover paid from cash is a fact.

Other points are very reasonable assumptions that should be proven as factual soon

That’s the UT and not relevant to the real close which is the mid and will open tomorrow same. LSE shows wrong price all day every day, lat reported trade isn’t the actual share price.

Of course £30m, not £30. No they are not skint at all. They have good cash and a new loan agreement at lower rates. Significant increase in revenue to service the debt. Lower OPEX. All is good for a rerate.

They owe a total of £30 Mirasol and will all be cleared in the new lower rate arrangement. Revenue we know is solid and Q1 going to be higher than Q4 so all is looking good there. Don’t forget the cash pile they have built since March - I reckon £3–4m less the workover cost which is paid from cash.
