@Milke I wasn’t around back then but what you say doesn’t surprise me. I have made a few points on Tim and the communication and have seen an ever changing approach. His body language and tone during the interviews were the crystal clear sign to me that all was not well. I was lambasted at the time then everyone agreed with me later, especially when the delay RNS landed.

I sold out but stupidity too late and missed the high teens. Bought back and, like you, I’m holding till the end game which I hope is by summer.

@allan what on earth are you talking about? I’m looking for 2 or 3 new investments with high reward potential. A bit like I’ve done with GEX and hoping to with Met1.

Yeah juxta agree it will slide on further news vacuum. I still think there’s a chance of a deal by summer. I’d hate to sell all and then see 20p 6 months later

Hi all I’m new to this board. I’m looking for some potential high return long term investments and someone recommended having a look here. Still researching and appreciate any feedback once I gather more info.

Slight slide in the price and showing some weakness, also very low volume. I’m not sure how long it can hold in this consolidation position without news. I don’t expect news soon so it will be interesting to see how it plays out over the next few weeks.

Where did you get the £42m from ? Everyone may recall me saying sometime back the number 42 was to be remembered.

I’m seeing some really good opportunities to invest and have started to think, should I sell my IMM shares or hold for the hope of a deal being done. As you know I’ve always said I believe I can treble my money and a deal is possible by mid year.

I haven’t changed my view 1% but I made over 100% on the first trade and sitting on more than 10% on current holding. Something says I can invest in other high reward stocks for a better outcome.

Any thoughts on the risk / rewards from others points of view?

Yeah the lack of interest worries me too, have said this a few times. You would think there would be heavy buying if they were on the cusp of something. At least this board has been cleared up today from all that abuse and ridicule from certain people. Hopefully it is now permanent but I suspect they will come back after their suspension and start again.

@makemore I keep reading the full article and it is still a little ambiguous, it also mentions $5m payments for each other product that reaches market. Let’s hope IMM clarify it soon enough.

Rebarm here are the deal terms which aren’t great if still applicable.

ImmuPharma will receive milestone payments of up to $70 million. A $5 million milestone payment

will be paid on regulatory approval of Lupuzor™ in lupus, and $65 million will be based on

achievement of overall sales targets.

ImmuPharma will receive from Avion tiered double-digit royalties up to 17 percent, according to

pre-specified annual US sales targets.

That Avion deal wasn’t great in terms of medium term payments. I recall it was small chunks of £5m or so. The royalties however were very good but that’s a long way off. Sincerely hope they are able to renegotiate it.

@makmore Avion remains in place for all future development for USA ? They really should have clarified this in the many interviews / RNS’s, it is vital information.

I know span, its disgraceful but trust me I am trying to get everyone in line and to focus on IMM sensible debate.

Is excellent this month. Only a few days to go and they said it would operate at 60%, which equals 2.5m per day. This is before optimisation, monitoring, clean up etc. I really believe we might be able to stabilise closer to 3m. With 100p gas that is absolutely game changing for ANGS.
