TC, that’s clear. They are discussing both funding plans and hence I think bundled and will be better terms. Debt funding for a pricing cash generative asset is easy. I suspect they are looking to improve current terms in one big job lot. All ways I can only see positive outcome and look forward to hearing the details of the asset.

Parasol, I think that figure will be getting revised somewhat very soon. Excited to hear the details of the acquisition and, in particular, the debt finance arrangements which are sure to be favourable given the teaser information we’ve had so far.

Our market cap is ridiculously low and that’s been well stated by many including the company themselves. As it folds in to the new entity and an attractive finance plan in place, then you will certainly our small slice of the big pie being a much richer meal than the current one.

I said months ago 0.65 was technical resistance. Looks like this dude has a sophisticated way of ratifying that.

In discussions about renegotiating the loan doesn’t mean about to default. They have the cash to pay it of course, but doesn’t stop looking at alternative options. Clearly this RTO has been under discussion for months so it’s all relative.

They don’t understand ocelot, no point debating. I believe tax losses can be carried over to the enlarged listed company too. I think the make up of this deal going to be very interesting and could be massive upside. Should be massive upside, considering there already is an undervaluation.
