There is no default and the funds are there and it’s part of wider discussion. The funding will be merged for acquisition with, of course, a remapping of existing arrangements in case the RTO doesn’t happen.

Either way it’s positive and the delay is due to the large transaction which is still being finalised. There are no complexities on the the existing loan should it have tk stand alone.

Let’s not forget also the revenue boost coming from this month when those hedges drop off. Can’t recall the date.

Just for my reference. When ANGS announced extensions to the date of first payment, do you think these were to allow payment to be made from some miraculous other source of funds? Of course I am assuming that you can’t possible think that, but I am curious thanks to the multiple posts suggesting default and inability to pay.
