I wonder why they haven’t used velocity strings thus far if that is the best solution for the liquids issue. Everything I read about them suggest low cost and effective, also as suggested by BP. Anyone an idea of approx cost per well?

i think everyone disappointed at the market reaction, we all hoped the booster comp connection would be a catalyst. market reaction well over done… lower production which we already knew and booster comp performance still being optimised, again not unexpected.

i think it’s just time to sit back and wait, 3 months from now there will be a much clearer and more prosperous outlook… improved flows, ****ty hedge finished, significant uplift in revenue. all of that plus results announced and court case update.

What comment did the analyst make ?

Best bet at the moment rather than watch hourly moves. The drop is an over reaction but this is going to be a long game in my opinion. Second half of the year with improved flows, better hedges, much improved revenue, paying down of debt, hopefully no silly investments … eventually value will be apparent but it’s a slow road to get closer to 1p.

Liquids certainly seem an issue, as BP has been stating for a while to be fair.

@BP, that’s a fair point. Anyway it’s not really relevant if you’re here for the medium to long term. Near certain that production will increase quite dramatically, suicide hedges finish within this quarter, new recent hedges now look ok. Enough, I suspect, to drive an overdue change of direction in the share price.

Good, hopefully see gradual improvement until optimised. Surprised though that they were quick to report reason for delay on deadline day but have omitted to share any update since. Logically should have updated neither or both.

Yes chick that’s what I was also referring to. They are late as you point out. For sure they will come tomorrow and I hope combined with a positive compressor update and production outlook. It’s the outlook that matters as we already know the rest.

What can we expect post booster, 50% increase in production? Then only a few more months until the low cost hedge drops and revenue doubles for that portion.

We are about to see two huge jumps in revenue and a definite rerating. Market cap has to settle somewhere between £50&100m near term.

Should have the Q1 results this week, hopefully with an outlook on the new financial model.

Question WG. If they didn’t allot shares and raise cash, what would be the process to pay Mr Forrest? Just because I don’t understand these things.

WG I’m not following your line of questioning. As said, share issue will raise cash. That seems clear to me. Whether they buy new furniture, pay themselves a bonus or pay down debt, it’s still raising cash.

WG you are clueless. Raising cash means raising cash means they have cash. Hence there is nothing to be concerned about. Sure the higher the share price the better but it’s cash nonetheless.
