Yeah I agree, passed a couple of shops last week in Mablethorpe and Louth both pretty busy. Noticed also there is now a shop in Abu Dhabi. be interesting to see how that devolopes. Expecting a rise up to the interims in a week or so I think.

Yeah, that was my experience also, in fact the High Street in general was busy, but Card always seems to have customers in their shop even during the quiet periods. I think this could do with a Divi to drive it forward, but I think it's fair to assume this is a fairly safe bet long-term and significant upward movement will mostly occur around results.....GLA

Hi Redceo, not back in yet (apart from my work shares) but keeping an eye. I don't think I was too unbalanced, I was praising the abilities of many managers who unfortunately are constrained by the top brass. It's a given that there are some underperforming posties, and that actually highlights my point that resources are not used appropriately, the workshy ones p@ss off the other workers just as much as the incompetent managers do, indeed there is no account for individuals skillsets being used accordingly, it is just a body for a job which is often not the most efficient use of that worker. Usually this because the managers are chasing round not really knowing what is going on.
To all, I remember Red from a few years back when I was invested and he was never unpleasant or rude in making his points in our interactions. I appreciate people have got a lot of money riding on the success (or failure) of RM and so understand the emotionally charged and politically motivated responses from some. GLA

The management are an absolute shambles, constantly firefighting and running around like headless chickens, they operate so inefficiently. But to be fair that comes from the top, there is no autonomy or room for independent approaches/thinking from managers, some good people with years of experience and knowledge are dictated to without drawing upon there expertise. The whole management structure needs reorganising so much time/money is wasted and pointless initiatives spaffed up the wall, it's a disjointed operation. Mail Centres backed up to the point HGVs are being sent back, a PR sh@tshow is on the horizon that will be terminal for either the CEO or the company as we know it.......er Good luck all

Really? I thought he had a shocker and actually looked ill, that's Burley's style and she was exactly the same with Ward. He looked like a dodgy politician. Personally had loads of positive feedback from the public and some really kind donations. He really has to go for the good of all concerned, shareholders included. There hasn't been any RNS' of sell offs (or buys) since the Bankruptcy speculation story began, yesterdays related to Polaris responding to the Trading Update on Wednesday 17th, I'm sure they'll be some in the coming days either way.....who knows what manouevrings are going on behind the scenes.....
