I have just been catching up on some of the informed chat on here and see that mention has been made of the costs being underwritten. I apologise if this has been discussed at length but I haven't seen anything to that effect in the RNSs so: is it true and, if so, how do we know about it?

I'm sorry I just do not share your optimism. Irrespective of what we all think of it the tribunal has ruled against us so therefore the shares are virtually valueless as we have no money. There is a bit of hope but the market will (probably rightly) view it as a very small chance of any return.

I think 10p is cloud cuckoo land I'm afraid; most investors would take half that at this stage I suspect. My bet is 1p at best ...

Good morning all Uncanny: You suggested that someone should send a summary of these posts to CHL. This strikes me as a sensible idea: it certainly can do no harm and as Maestro is doing all the work, and seems the most passionate poster, I would suggest he/she drafts the summary. Maestro: would you be happy to do that? Whilst I concur with most of the other posters that any chance of any change of outcome here is minimal, given the extent of my personal losses and the mis-justice that has happened, I am very happy to see the fight being continued.
