Max is correct; big trades often take a while to fill. That 15m is a nailed on sale for me and is the main reason for the drop earlier ... may get cancelled tomorrow ...

I am not convinced you should have seen this coming Cyrox. Zaza certainly didn't as he bought in at 20% higher just recently. Ridiculous as it sounds it seems the cancelled trades have dragged this down and now some genuine selling by some lths is augmenting the fall. In terms of positives, volume is pretty negligible (and a lot of the daily volume is then cancelled!) so it will move back up easily when the 'manipulation' stops.

Let's not drag up the flare debate again. The truth is in the RNSs.

Bladey: I understand yours and others frustrations but it could be that the silence on the gas is actually a very positive thing. If it had gone ***s up then, given previous RNS comments, we would have had to have been informed. So personally I am very relaxed with no news ... hopefully some sort of deal is being struck and the longer it takes the bigger the deal is likely to be imo :-). GLAlths

You're right Noloss, But I'm guessing they will be looking at all options ... but who knows.

Tsbs: indeed, but whilst the sp is low, the alternative share conversion for YA is all the more fruitful so Zaza gets pushed to give more away. So a low sp makes YA's negotiation position much stronger.

Tsbs: well hopefully they aren't getting shares but a low sp gives them a considerably better negotiating position with Zaza for whatever the alternative it ...

Good morning all I think whether it is a good week will depend upon whether the weighted average price window, which presumably is why the shenanigans with the share price have been taking place, is closed or not. Having reflected on it I personally think that it has all been YA manipulating the sp to keep it low to be able to either get more shares or put more pressure on Zaza in negotiations. Mole suggested a weighted average price reason and I suspect he is correct ... as he normally is. GLAlths

The actual number of buys is miniscule. It just shows how a few buys or sells can move the sp significantly whilst volume is so sparse. GLAlths
