Avi8r: fair point. I shouldn't have brought up Politics as this is not the forum for that - apologies.
Anyone else think that there are similarities in terms of behaviour and lack of morals between Zaza and Boris Johnson...
Looed: many thanks again.
Would not be at all surprised if the next thing you, or one of our other amazing sleuths, digs out is a court action by Orrick against Zaza to recover costs...

RR: reading the article suggests that, in Georgia's case at least, times aren't changing alas.
It's been a while now since we had the positive comments from the minister, but the fact that the oil was repossessed recently suggests that the wheels are still (slowly) moving in the right direction ... fingers crossed.

The article is dated 21 May. It's old news.
Cymro: clicking on the link seems to just list future hearings. Do you know what the hearing you highlight was about and how the outcome affected us, assuming it was relevant?
Dulwichman: hope you're keeping well?
Wasn't the illness this just Billy's "wheeze" a while back? Not sure he has actually been ill, but happy to be corrected.

Thank you Looed.
So LSE Admin say "We are OK to talk about certain individuals so long as we refrain from making ... statements that cannot be substantiated. "
How come all of Rainbow's posts for the last five years were never removed then...?!
Good morning Arsenal: if they do manage to get any finance from somewhere, I honestly cannot see them spending any of it on a share buy back (at least for many years anyway). They'll need every cent to get producing.
Rainbow: the short and obvious answer is "no". Five years ago we could have traded our shares and invested more or got out, whichever we wanted to do. Now our money is tied up and potentially gone and so all our individual hopes and plans for our investment/gamble are either up in smoke or on indefinite hold. We have no idea which as the Company doesn't communicate to us.
How you can think we are in a better place now is beyond reason tbh!

I posted this a few minutes ago but it doesn't seem to be there. If it now appears twice I am sorry!

Hmmm ... yet another court action looks in the offing then ...
Looed: many thanks for sharing this. We would be pretty much completely in the dark without all that you do for us. It is really appreciated.
Chris572: agreed.
Would say, however, that the fact that Zaza has written this desperate letter suggests that he isn't getting away with any more of our oil and the Government blockade is holding :). It implies Zaza is now completely out of the loop and appears an increasingly desperate plea imo.

Well you didn't get that from the Daily Mail...
Good evening all
So just logging on to the site for the first time today and see there's been a post so wonder what it might be, only to find it's yet another post of irrelevant tosh from our resident loon.
I'm guessing you're probably a nice person mapp but please give us a break :).
EkXoc: agreed. Apologies, but what I was meaning was that they have done sweet fa towards getting the shares reinstated by the broker. If they had then that would suggest they cared about shareholders and would have been a further positive sign.
The reported negotiations are a positive sign as I said, but the implications for us are unknown.
EkXoc: no they haven't!
Yes, when the company were informed that sleuths from this board had noticed the company was struck off quite a while back, they got it reinstated ... a straightforward admin task apparently.
But what has happened here is that posters on this board have sent ii the confirmation that the company is not struck off.
The Company have done sweet fa to lead to your misplaced enthusiasm I'm afraid.
But they are still breathing and there are grounds for optimism that there may be a deal with the GG being thrashed out.
scoopy: no it isn't. It's just the broker undoing their premature removal of the stock as the Company is still technically alive.
If he is unaware of what goes on in Finance then he obviously could well be your son ...
Good morning Looed
Thanks for sharing the message you received from the company yesterday morning.
May I ask whether it was in response to a message from you or did you just receive it from them unprompted by yourself? If it was the latter then it would be clear that someone is monitoring this Board on behalf of the Company.
