The NI energy strategy is due out in a few weeks which from research i have no doubt green hydrogen and storage will figure highly with IM at the forefront

Evening Gents as I read it Daera has issued a draft license for HARL to agree with the conditions they enclosed
On Wednesday after looking at the conditions in detail (so yes they would have received notice before Wednesday)they agreed conditions are all acceptable
Daera can now issue the full license any day from last Wednesday within 28 days
On receipt of licence they can then break ground after which any subsequent judicial review that is turned down would involve costs being awarded to HARL ?

I think the straw they are trying to clutch is the 4 Discharge of Conditions here

However they are quite normal on a project of this size at certain stages of construction to these conditions have to be met certainly nothing of concern.

Agree totally pokerchips could i also add that i "think " a deal will be done with SGN rather than VITOL or both for reasons i have posted before.

Evening Stokey do you think it is a good idea for HARL to publicly announce how much they charge for certain services which would enable other shipyards to undercut any potential future contracts ?

Thought this might be of use to anyone new to HARL it is the origional agreement with Vitol Obviously storage requirements have changed since then( kerching ) with salt caverns being the only tried and tested and financial option for Hydrogen.
