I have been going through RNLI accounts and covid has caused quite a problems financially also maintenence wise so maybe they are look at cost savings via maintenence hubs around the UK but did not wish it to become public knowledge so soon.Jamie Chestnutt has only been in the job for 3 months so it could well be a misunderstanding.

Agree stokey it also did not mention IM marine licence being issued so guess it was written a while back with yestedays raise added to it.

So if Harl sell the full 100% of the project, and use the proceeds to invest back into H&W estimate £35-50m could be achievable seems about right to me they have invested £15min so far and a lot of time

Would like to add all i am posting is research i have no idea if anything will become of it.Over the years i have found that research can also save me money for instance if i was invested in Navantia i would be somewhat concerned.
However HARL seems to be in a good place IMHO
