Unfortunately I think we have had the worst possible out come so far.
With over 50% of support he can just sit this out, but maybe something will come from 1 or more possible offers down the line.
But that doesn't mean GD and Co will not turn down any offers again if he thinks they under mine the company, then where do we go?

At last we are above the 70p again, but for how long?. Also look at the spread 4p so are they looking for stock or just trying to stop peaple from selling. Glass half full or half empty?

If we wait until the GM to ask these questions Foo &Co will just waffle and we will not get the real info we are looking for, but by placing the questions now and on web pages Foo & Co can then see that many more shareholders know what's going on.
Look we all know we are never going to get the replies we want but this way it will be difficult for him to hold his head high in the market place.We should try to force his hands a bit. But that's only my view.

So the finals were up to end Feb, we must be due a trading up-date for March / Apr/ May at least by now.or are they going to wait until Int results say Sept, that won't please the market or the shareholders.

I think everyone is waiting for the new shares to be traded on Friday i believe. then we will see what happens.

It must take a good few weeks to buy 104+ ml shares.

Now this is good news and explains why they have held down the sp for such a long time to buy 5%+.
So it looks like these shares have been bought in the open market and NOT from anyone in the family.
Let's now hope the sp starts to move back up again.

I want to know is where are these Analysts reports / price targets, otherwise what was the point in having that open day.
If the reports were bad maybe GD has asked for them to be held back.
But there should be some up-dated price targets by now.

I believe we should send Foo all the questions we would like answered before the meeting say within the next week,
and at the same time say that these are the questions that are being placed on the shareholders website and other sites so many of the current shareholders can keep up to date and see the replies after the GM.
Might just get Foo & Co to see that these question are not just a flash in the pan.

With the up-coming GM we the share holder group plan to ask many questions.
Is it the plan to give prio notice of the questions, giving Foo & Co the chance to give full and helpful answers ,or is it the plan to wait and ask these questions on the day, where as we all know we could get just waffle for our replies.

I agree, I don't for one minute see this going into Admin. I am just saying many on here keep saying debs in admin then MA would come in and buy cheap. He doesn't need to to that, he could just buy a higher % and take control without a full takeover if he makes that statment.
For about the last 10-15 years it always goes dull in the summer with sp's going down until end Aug / Sept.
Once we get to Oct for Debs results and see more profit we will be up again.

Why would SD let this go into Admin just to buy it back cheap, SD has already lost/ written down £85m but still owns almost 30%. As i understand it once SDowns 30% they must make a statement of offer to buy out debs, but they could state they only want to take control so.
Why wouldn't they buy 51% and just take control without buying out the total company, that way SD would be in the driving position and almost do what he wants.

So you have been buying since May and have spent approx £25k, you don't want it to go bust before you make a quick buck and then you want to get out. But it can go bust and sod everyone else after you have got out.
Let's hope it doesn't go bust before you get out otherwise you would be in the same old boat as everyone else.
