OK it would be nice to get a takeover offer at say 50p but I think the business will come back ok in time.
MA .SD if I remember correctly MA has in the past few years always paid his workers big bonuses and that's to all employees and in many cases thousands of pounds. So maybe the majority of workers are happy otherwise they would all be leaving. But I could be wrong.

I have made / shared this thought for month, first do a rights issue at 10p just like cwd have done this week then a consolidation x10. I raised this with the company and got a very quick reply that no one from the company has even talked abou this happening, but that doesn't mean to say it isn't going to happen.

To me this Invesco buy is a great sign, they could have been shorting but NO they have bought in and must be expecting this to go higher in the next few weeks / months.

Could it be that a finance company first buys 4% then lends us £20m on high % payback that we cannot keep up, and then takes slice of vog in equitity swap and takes over the copmay.?

Oh dear another sad case of a company about to go bust and placing huge numbers of shares in the market in a last ditch attemp to stay afloat.
Sorry for all the shareholders here, but they might just keep going but I fear we will see approx 10p within the next few days because of the very large placing.
