K3/Circumspect. My experience is that you can do this with all shares and brokers. Some require proven liquidity, in other words 'ya got dem dollars, innit'. High risk mind. With AIM, many shares drop below placing price, although the warrants would not be available on the open market.

GIT, I do think WRES will make me a few more pennies. However, you have to remove emotion from shares. It should be fact based. An RNS should be fact based. There should be no open to interpretation. Wow you could drive a bus through some of our RNS's and the gaps created by interpretation. The big boys have no emotional connection to any share...ever. I lay my cards out here and say (as I have before) I made a mistake with holding WRES. I fell for the story. First and last time. Live and learn. It hasn't cost me yet, and yes I don't believe it will, but MM is a shyster. He ain't no Ronseal. He has an increasingly visible number of classic AIM CEO traits - you know the ones and the many.

Mr Happy. For you and others that could be seen as an 'I'm alright me....' statement and will undoubtedly rub salt into wounds of many. What MM has done was to yet again further destroy trust in him. People have, in the past, compared ORM to WRES. The one key difference for me is they have 30% of a business but they do not have MM. ORM have sentiment, MM has systematically eroded positive sentiment towards WRES. Bloody hell, he has even cut and pasted the same tripe about delivering share holder value into an RNS. That is poor and, from my point of view, embarrassing. He probably didn't even read the RNS. Our finance deal still has question marks, PIK? Details? It is our deal. We own WRES. Let's not forget that. I still think the deal we secured was not great (at least we got one) and i don't think MMs large holding helped. With Jaf I do agree here. Today is bad business. Blow smoke up MMs arse but I suspect the anti voices are far more in number tonight and the market agrees, as it has for many many weeks. It is never wrong is it? Why isn't MM on our TV screens? Could it be that he knows this was a stinker, I think so. He loves showing off his chest, not today though. Hmmm. Why the silence? Weakness. Weakness like letting Mitton in on the cheap. So having digested this, read back, I have some thoughts. None of which are positive.
Where is the grant?

Where has the money gone?
Anyone else notice MMs PR absence? I wonder why? He spouts the same same on the same channels (VOX, Directos Talk and Proactive). Hmmmmm. Not today though. Even he cant sell that sh%t sandwich and he knows it.
I don't think buyers were loving this before today due to MM (lack of trust with Mr Michael Master Placer and truth manipulator) and the warrants. Now we have doubled the warrants.
This was pumped up over the last couple of weeks. This has been on his cards, the BOD new it. Even whilst producing the latest video (part of the pump) he was sticking his fingers up just off screen
Today is a shower of s%it for WRES. No other way to sum it up. Shocking.
So hold or sell. I will contemplate this over the weekend as there are shares out there that do deliver share holder value including those that place above market price and don't ***** themselves to small ii's that trade in and out. That was a market confidence boost wasn't it Michael. Errrrr...no it wasn't.

This has been worked, quite obviously when looking over it. DEVIL CALLED IT. Pump and dump on a CEO/BOD level. They knew they wouldn't have funds way before now and some have been questioning this, me included. I have never been MMs biggest fan, this is why. Leopards and spots. Now this is on today's RNS but i have cut and pasted it from the placing in Nov. Share holder value ha ha. Share holders being Michael and his mates and our PR team. Michael you Sir are a..... insert word of choice. Disgraceful and further adds to why the market doesnt trust MM. I ain't surprised, nor will Jaf and Devil be, but it aint right no matter how you dress it up.

Now since having this new Beta LSE all my filters have been left off. Someone said the rise on no news was orchestrated ( well they implied it). I think it was Devil that called it? I think he did. If it was, you were bang on. So, who is going fo blow smoke up MMs ar*e today?

Hmmm. So what was the 1.5million placing for Michael? You know, the placing that was not going to happen as we have money in the bank. We have no idea, just more inference by MM. What is this money needed for? What is the money being spent on? Is this not a placing in disguise? Is this because the numbers don't add up because of the delays on site?
