I confess that I dangled Lupuzor like a star atop the Christmas tree, yet each year the lights fail to switch on. Investors gather round, hoping for FDA approval, but instead I hand them another bauble labelled “further funding required.”

I confess that dilution has become my carol — sung in minor key, with every verse ending in “equity raise.” The faithful cry “Hallelujah!” but the hymn sheet reads “Placings Actually.”

I confess that I have tested patience more rigorously than any clinical trial. The endpoints were hope, trust, and solvency — all missed.

WOW - What a difficult day yesterday - it felt like all the investors were in the Alamo - It can only get better from here one would hope so anyway !!

There are some very disappointed ppl out there, and I tend to agree with some that Tim shouldn't have been over enthusiastic and overstating the position.

I now realise that this bullish stance is sometimes best kept behind the scene's until all the pegs can be put in the right boxes. And, yes myself and others are guilty of sometimes getting over excited and rampy, when given signals like that, and that is NO excuse so please take that comment in the manner it is meant.

Like others who have posted positively - i too will be remaining strong, waiting for the full outcome of this, and am prepared to wait for the fruits to drop.

I hope that today is better and continues to improve throughout the rest of the week.

Now that we all don't know when we will get an RNS next - maybe it is time to just await the news without any guesswork or claims of inside info.

Quite happy to wait - I always expected that the conclusion to the initial NFX journey would be into 2026 at the earliest - anything sooner is a bonus - albeit that there has been a healthy increase since January.

The only thing that I am concerned about is the gestation period between FDA ODD - if it is granted - and the release of the next RNS with details of a deal / JV etc, although NFX said that it would happen soon after, but we have heard that elsewhere - and here - before.

OSD - happy to hold on.

Lordfolly - I am sure about a number of things.

1.) I will always be positive - there is NO reason not to be.

2.) You will always remain uninvested and negative.

3.) PPL like Roger - who was saying wonderful things about IMM last week - will always be an unreliable poster with unreliable and non factual info

4.) When it starts to rain an F1 car has to change tyres - IMM have to change 'tyres' or they will not be able to complete the circuit.

If anyone thinks that delivering an update on the current situation - with numerous positives attached, albeit NOT what the market or PIs were expecting, isn't great news to have MAJOR pharma's bidding for your product then you shouldn't:

a.) Be invested

b.) Be commenting if not invested

c.) Be standing in-front of an F1 car - it wont slow down in a hurry :)
