Because I beleive that the cutbacks already made will help, the slimlining of the business, the removal of underperforming parts of the business, the RI moneies being re-ivested in quickening WNR, and add the Windows 7 helping sales soon should mean a good peak this year IF the ecomomy eases just a bit more! After 2010, hmm well a lot of challenging times ahead I think!

The last time I was in a company and they intrioduced this scheme it sort of worked and was called "just in time". However it often failed at the crucial times and was largly abandoned. Its hardly a new model! 1,2,3,4 will be a sucess subject to the buyers buying the correct goods in at good prices and correct volumes. The examples given by me tends to lay a weight of evidence that they are not. ALL stores are overstocked with certain makes that are not selling, why then are these buyers buying in similar stock in the last 4 weeks almost doubling that particular stock mountain. Don't let your love of DSGi blind you to a failing part of the business. I am an employee, and holder of these shares and have posted several areas where I think they will suceed on in the Autumn. We have to clear the rubbish stock first and not add to it. Oh and by the way the great news is that approx 50 PCW stores are going mini refit in late summer to nearly WNR in time for the Autmn run in ....... outstanding use of the RI money (not being sarcastic in the slightest)

that pressure has escaped for a while but we will see. Holding wp well at 133/134 and maybe after the big players do their reasearch on the weekend another lift towards 150. We will have to see. Great days though

mark 1 was last last year when all shares tumbled. mark 2 was after, profit warning based on Q1 figures and Hungary worries and the pull out of Russia. If we look at 150 being quite possible based on the fact that Q2 results are almost back to normal, Hungary has been targetted to be back in profit for 2010 and Russia is out of the way. This should rise steadily, although Jamesmaggs I understand your sentiment.

I have posted before why I think the next 6 months will be very good, however this week I have seen the otherside! In my store we have had 30+ cardboard bay fillers. These are intended to replace a whole bay when there is no stock. But 30 ??? Our stock levels are just terrible, including our best margin lines (inks) where many lines are continually sold out. We are pushing return customers away in droves every week and these people will not return when they find out just how cheap our rivals are compared to us! In margin generating areas like printers we dont have stock of the market leaders just rubbish Kodak and Lexmark overstocks! This company HAS to restructure its buyers. NOW!

This looks pretty good Q1 was awful Q2 was much better and back up to what we expect Closing Russia pilot (10 million) was included in the figures Dividend maintained - very positive news The prospects are good again, but of course the wider economy will be an issue and has to pick up. Only concerns are Romania and Hungary, of which the company have this in hand with moves to bring them back into positive territory by 2010. Can see this being read as good news.

Unfounded ramping on ITI that locked in gullible PI's, or deramping PDF with total lies, the mind games they played other boards with Fellis and Mr S names combining to argue against 1 person. Nasty pieces of work

on the PDF board this was the same as Mr Mappyman, Mrs Mappy, Blue?, that got booted last week .... perhaps the same as itsaduster?

Don't forget the RI has only just happened which always adds uncertainty to a SP. The summer is always the quietest time instore for sales and stock levels are low and therefore I don't forsee rises associated with sales until the autumn. Apple sales holding up well with their high margin. Dell are low margin crap and depend on higher margin attachments to make money so they do not really count.

Was looking at 70 at a re-entry point but was too concerned about the dilution lol! Looking at the charts it looks as this has created a "round bottom" .... but I am certainly no chartist but a looong way, just that that one is hard to forget! On 8th May here I wrote "if I wait too long I just know I will have to watch the boat sail away" .... never did get back on board as i was waiting for the dilution to kick in LOL ....FOOL ..... looks like the boats raised gangplanks and pulling out. So do I jump in my rowing boat and pull like hell to catch up or do i stand on the jetty and waive? Dunno why I'm asking as no-one will reply to me lol

On 6th June this share had 600,000 shares sold and the SP dips a tiny amount. Since then we have have mostly small buys and the SP drifts upto 93. ....... baffling
