The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
I have always been concerned at this dreadfully low target, however I have my theory it is tied in with something said recently and in the past by Paul. One line is that he will release the exact value of the existing wins (contracts that have been expanded) at the end of this financial year and I think this has been brought forward from 2023. In other words I do not think he was expecting the RFQ's to pile in so early, and can now consider a November 2022 date for releasing the dogs.
I speculate that during the majority of 2022 SEE will largely play down all wins because they want to win far mor than 30% of the market. Remember he told us a while ago that manufacturers will not anllow any one DMS to dominate. Well one could dominate if none of them know who is winning what contracts. I am fairly convinced Qualcomms front and cetre approach surprised him and I think Magna have not played ball either. Good for him that the Market is in a slumber with SEE's SP. Have a gaze back through the contract values and compare them to the VW value (really A$325m ?)
I think the targets were set for his own incentive were set with this strategy in mind, and it will pay off for LTH very, very handsomly, IF the whole world economy does not have a meltdown beforehand, and that for me is a major worry.
That posted all weird, sorry.

buffettology, Pauls comment wasn't the pipeline information to be released at the end of the financial year? Surely Half year is Easter whereas Full year will be November. Very happy to be corrected / educated though. I get the impression Seeing don't want full disclosure before they clean up a large % of auto.
How many posts and how much contribution have you made to this thread? Yet you come here attacking people and calling names based on a post by Seeing former that hints at VW. Whether you are correct or not, speculation is a healthy part of this board and a huge amout of research has been proved correct partly because people have bounced ideas off each other. If we took your assertion there would be no posts, and no research shared.
The FACT remains that this is a huge deal for SEE and one that focuses how small the formerly announced RNS OEM revenue streams are. If you divide A$125million by an approximate revenue per car (another guess) it all points the a large manufacturing group of companies.
Nervous and impatient people selling after a rise. This has got worse in the last couple of years as more people seem to trade. I used to buy/sell regularly and made handsome profits (for my world). Due to life changes and the size of my buys increasing I have moved to holding in the last couple of years. I will be moving back to trading all my shares in 2022 when they individually next spike.
It alo not helped by some of the untruthful posts made on thread like this.
Isn't the BMW iX3 loaded with SEYE Tech on board?
This was from Nov 2020, if you look on Page 26 you'll see the BMW series 3 mentioned and at the time SEYE's DMS was turned off much to Martin (SEYE) annoyance. I wonder why. and I wonder why the i4 features SEE tech?

There are some real low lifes on these Boards some times
Whoa there Mr selective memory, I remember who it was that secured the base for this company to rise from, I don't seem to remember BS from Ken, just a huge feck up with the supply chain. Read what I wrote again, I was criticising the PR, which under Pauls leadership has been pretty poor for the short term. You name the reason for the SP dropping back off 12 this week, I'm all ears.
See are a brilliant company making great progress but with poor PR. The RNS highlighting the Magna deal was buried under a lot of text upon refinancing. Today a lack of clarity on contracts with PI questions ducked, no point in asking for questions then avoiding them. Whether anyone likes it or not Paul maybe a good leader but since Ken went the RNS's fail to give any financial guidance. S2020's detailed questions ignored. The market does not know how to value SEE as promised pipelines sometimes dissapear "immently" without budgetry guidance.
Put yourself in a non SEE holders position and view the last RNS's again. People have little patience to read, which does not help us investors that want increased SP.
I understand now, thanks, but The raie is for a purchase
"The Directors continue to see accelerating momentum for the business, with current market conditions presenting a significant opportunity to capture an even greater market share as the market benefits from a number of structural tailwinds. The net proceeds of the recent fundraise will enable the Company to make the necessary investment in order to secure this opportunity ...."
I think you have that wrong, or I am a very old fool
The resultant loss for the period represented a decrease of A$29,068,000 at A$17,420,000 (2020: A$46,488,000). Net cash and cash equivalents at 30 June 2021 totalled A$47,393,000 (2020: A$38,138,000).
The raise is clearly for a purchase.
Some people reearch and hare their results and are the only posts worth reading (thesse can be either positive or negative). The there are some people that comment 1 dimensionally positive, some people complain to lever sellers, then there are fools that are on a planet of their own. I cannot be bothered with most of the posts you see on this thread and be very wary of believing any of them as over positive posters can be very dangerous to your wealth. Filter the fools.
