Since the majority of known buys yesterday (as they were mine and others pi's) were shown to be sells. Might it be that the large 6,000,000 trade was actually a sell (even though it was shown as a buy). There were just over 13 million shares traded yesterday according to the barclays site. Perhaps the mm's were gradually accumulating buys during the day in order to get the big 6m sell away at the seller's required minimum price. Only when that was done was the price able to move up just before the bell.
So the seller has enabled us to accumulate a few more at super cheap prices. Thank you seller.

However Ebers Pharma at http://ebers.es/ are obviously a spanish outfit and seem to be a private company with few details. Their field of operations does seem to fit though re clinical trials/ compassionate use of drugs/ etc
Must agree the Ebers Inc link does initially seem to be a deadend, but seems like savvy financial guys have put up lots of money and contracted EbersPharma and Nuformix to give them first mover, fast track access to the huge cannabiod market.
Anyway thanks to all for their useful inputs. We need to be aware of both the possible positive and negative aspects of our investments. Thanks for all your helpful insights.

The earlier large trades now have identical trades shown for the exactly the same earlier times and are a minus trade and a sell for each of the earlier large trades.
Does it mean the earlier trades are negated and a equivalent sell has been completed or what?

The latest Euroclear data shows average shares on loan for October to be 2.13m.
Shares on loan increased in June, July and August 2017 and then from September 2017 through to September 2018 stayed at between 3.0m to 3.5m.
The average outstanding shares on loan for June, July, August, September and October 2018 were 3.17m, 3.62m, 3.53m, 3.22m and 2.13m respectively according to Euroclear.
Note the significant drop of 1.1m between the Sept and October 2018 averages. IF that trend has continued then the November average could be about 1.0m and the current situation could be that nearly all shorts have now closed. But that assumes that they have continued to be able to buy sufficient shares to enable them to close!
Any remaining shorters are probably worried that next weeks results plus any forward-looking statements will be the start of a long overdue jump up in share price and re-rating for rthm.
Will be interesting to see Euroclear November shares on loan figures which should be out soon, to see if the trend has indeed continued/ they have been able to close their shorts.

From the timing and value of the trades they just look like a simple transfer of shares.

I see Mr Duplicity (aka STT1 or Sikhthetech as he is on advfn) is being kept busy by his paymasters - or is it his demons! Shame that cannot filter posters on LSE as can on advfn, but simply do not read his posts now, as so predictable. I feel compelled to say that I sincerely hope for his own sake that STT1 is a paid de-ramper, because he sure is one sick dude if he spends so much of his life putting the knife into a company for reasons of revenge, no matter what the reason (sacked employee or deranged ex-investor)! He pretends to offer a balanced view! Whilst patently twisting any comments or news to a negative slant. The sheer number of his posts on advfn and now on here, show his true raison d�etre. STT1 - Me thinks thou doth protest too much � go and get a life. Anyway, I am invested in rthm and I am happy with the trading update, much in-line with brokers views, the future is potentially looking very rosey.
