Linkedin shows her consulting only from Nov 2020 to present.
She seems to have a gap from March 2020 to Oct 2020 - which I assumed was due to lockdowns and moving back to the UK.
Do you have other research that shows she was doing stuff in the uk earlier last year?

By showing that NXP002 can be used in combination with other existing IPF drugs then it can provide a more effective treatment, have greater clinical application, will be easier to use by doctors and therefore has significantly greater commercial value.
So an relatively inexpensive pre-clinical trial can reduce unknowns and increase considerably the value of a drug .

So may be seeing first patent this spring then.
But explains why we cannot find the patents yet.

Just looked at earlier Nuformix patents and time from the date of filing to being published took just under two years.
I gather that it is only when the patent is published that it is available to view. So on that basis we will only just be seeing patents filed in early 2019 and any later patents will not be available to view yet.
So the first cannabinoid filing was rns'd on 09th Sept 2019 so will possibly be available to view around June/ July this year possibly later if covid also delays patent office timescales.

I believe there are at least two cannabinoid patents that Nuformix have submitted under the Ebers deal.

This latest patent filing triggers an undisclosed development milestone payment. Further cannabinoids have been added to the agreement, triggering additional undisclosed milestones and remain under development, with the potential for further milestone payments to Nuformix in the near-term.

I have been assuming that the cannabinoid patent was submitted in Nuformix's name , to protect their IP. and that Ebers use of that patent is via a separate legal contract.
So a search of Ebers patents will not reveal the Nuformix patent.

I see Vistagen patent as being for PH10.?

They have now appointed two excellent NED's in quick succession, who have the experience we need - really encouraging stuff.
Either they are still looking for suitable CEO, in which case the two new NED's will triple the likely contacts for the job. Or they have found a CEO and have to wait to announce due to contractual issues. Or perhaps as has been said before that perhaps waiting a first deal (NXP001?) to come in to attract right CEO.
If you are not getting CEO because of possible M&A then why bother with two new NED's?
It is easy to read too much into what these RNS's say - or do not say.

Covid-19 could be causing lung abnormalities still detectable more than three months after patients are infected, researchers suggest.
The risk of severe illness and death increases markedly for the over 60s. But if the trial discovers that the lung damage occurs across a wider age group and even in those not requiring admission to hospital "it would move the goalposts," according to Prof Gleeson.
He said: "I was expecting some form of lung damage, but not to the degree that we have seen."
He believes the lung damage identified by the Xenon scans may be one of the factors behind long Covid, where people feel unwell for several months after infection.
The scanning technique was developed by a research group at the University of Sheffield led by Prof James Wild who said it offered a "unique" way of showing lung damage caused by Covid-19 infection and its after-effects.
"In other fibrotic lung diseases we have shown the methods to be very sensitive to this impairment and we hope the work can help understand Covid-19 lung disease."

Thought we might meet all four criteria - certainly points 2,3 and 4 of the Sosei press release.

Julian........... was co-founder and Commercial Director of Arakis Limited which was sold to Sosei in 2005 for £107 million. Julian has worked in business development since 1992 and has led multiple business development projects.
So he has just the experience we need.
A superb appointment by Chris Blackwell.

Sosei have raise $200million a few months ago to fund strategic growth opportunities.

I was try to be conservative on the amount I assumed he paid for his 20 million shares, as I did not know for how long he had been accumulating shares before his first notification.
I agree it is probably lot more than £500k that he paid.

But he has sat tight on the vast majority of his shares, 20,500,000 to be exact.
Like us, he bought those shares out of his own pocket - costing about half a million pounds.
Since they have just re-instated Julian on the share register they would/ should have checked with him that he was holding the amount they have shown a few days ago.

Well Julian Higgins is 'happy' to sit tight on about £500,000 he invested in Nuformix - well he is sitting tight anyway.
I wonder what insight he was given by Dan (or others) to hang on through this sp fall?
