Fair points, Agricore, If these are not bought out in the next year or so, and if their sands and diamonds work out well, I can foresee them recapitalising at perhaps 50 for 1 new share at about £1.50 to £2 before they declare a dividend in perhaps 2-3 years. Of course, this is wishful thinking but once in a while something like this does occur and it would be nice to have hit on it early!

Or am I actually doing something right for a change?

Not easy to anticipate when these will actually be announced. My stab, looking at previous years, is earliest Sept and latest Dec. If this is about right, Dennis probably has more than a few clues as to what will be in them after the Maths class have signed them off. Didn't stop him from buying more although market reaction so far hasn't exactly been startling!

I know the market can still drop gain but my commitment to double up here and just 'take the divi seems to have been a sensible move (as of now). And if this is really when the bear is routed, then so much the better.

Ordinarily, this should have risen too and I am flirting with buying more, but if the management cannot get their PR correct, it makes you pause and think 'Could they fall further?'

Remember, Da_Matser. that this co only receives its payments some 12 months after each case is commenced - often longer; AND it lost its first court case on Appeal last year.

I am as peeved as anyone but will hold for at least one year more. If it heads even lower I may just average down. There has never been a more lucrative period for this business.

This is a Singapore regd Private company and been going over a decade. I think it unlikely that they would want to use KZG to get an AIM quote by reversing in, because I would think they would be more advantages for them in remaining private and in Singapore, but who knows?

I know it's frustrating for us LTH tiddlers but I am sure that when they want us to know Gilbey and the Doc will drop the RNS - Will probably want to move the SP upwards before requiring more cash!

....tempted to average down,but at 3.50 will get 8% more for my money and can't see why in this market they won't go there!

....within next month or so, the opening for business of the US laboratory in San Diego and double figures for the SP.

The terrible twosome look to me like they will keep buying them in until, like magic, they produce gushing RNS announcing the go ahead with more tests on WN, when they will SELL into what they hope will be suddenly frisky market.. BEWARE!!

1.5p is approx double present SP so a decent profit for a new investor. Of course most will still be undewrater but I am trying to be realistic. Really sorry you are heavily down on this after 6 years but that's AIM. I know it won't be any comfort but my portfolio has a complete mix of the 100, 250 and aim plus ITs and I am sitting with losses amounting to some 12% overall. I expect most so-called 'balanced' PFs are right now.

This franks my recent top up because I considered the last RNS indicated honesty. I am relieved and believe the SP will gently rise with more of same. 1.5p is achievable considering it is being paid now for large chunks. That would see me in a decent profit but I would just cream off a little and hold the rest for a bid.

....this downward movement is that at some point soon investors will realize they can get a SAFE high yield here the SP (wherever it falls to at that time) will rise to reflect the high yield. So I shall try to stay positive and wait with my large portfolio bias taking my nice divis from LGEN and a smaller one in AV. Sanity will prevail, hopefully in the not-too-distant future.

I have succumbed and bought more. Now by far my largest single investment. Just a matter of time before it goes up and I will settle for a safe 8.4% (or more) forever!!

...with these and/or AV is buy more for income - only problem is that both appear to be bond proxies and we cannot be sure that interest rates are not still going to rise further, exposing us to further drops in SP! And we must remember Stamp Duty on buying, which takes off 0.5% to start with,

All that being said, the safe yield here and now looks tempting!

Bank of America buying again. Owns nearly 15%. Might be filling the tank on behalf of client for a bid.

I felt this was a very interesting and genuine RNS so I too have averaged down, Although on AIM and therefore inherently risky, it seems heads, you win and tails, you cxn't lose.
