Attracted by large discount to NAV and decent divi via REIT status. Also property been out of favour for ages and falling base rate likely to help.

Another limit bid with some of proceeds of Close Brose profits. Reread last RNS and anticipate the US business in particular will turn this profitable at last.

Read the Fitch view and it is relatively fair, but it actually makes CBG a likely bid stock for a larger banking institution with a low risk which can swallow this without prejudicing its overall credit rating.

Financial Confusion Authority will still be agonising over the last of the claims (those over 6 years old) well into 2027. I will look at Fitch but it won't shake my enthusiasm for CBG!

You would think that any number of big pharmas would be busting a gut to sling in a cheap bid for PRTC (even our own GSK) but no - not yet.

And I am nearly 78 and, unfortunately, do not have access to the elixir of life!
