Nobody wants these until the court case is out of the way, hence the depressed price. The business is doing just fine and the co is cash rich, so I have used my last bit of cash to average down ( a little!)

Could it be that last year there was a pre-Xmas RNS? Also, as I have said before, their IT is worth far more than this SP.

Until then I cannot see FIPP shares making much headway and the prospect of dilution is likely to dampen all enthusiasm. Our lovely new location is only a possible long term factor and I am too elderly to give that much weight! I will await the overdue Report and then a bullet may have to be bitten.

Well my limit buy at 142.8p max was luckily fulfilled at 128.4!

Like most here I reckon a bid or merger is on the cards. The hastily announced three-stop roadshow in the States right now and right after ONT cancelled a booked affendance at a regular conference is a red rag to a bull! Hopefully the endgame will see us paid out c£2 per share or even more if there is a bunfight!

Finals not until next March so in the absence of any RNS these are likely to just move with the market. Accordingly, I am going to resist the urge to buy more for now and deliberately only buy when they have hit bottom and risen a few %.
