I cannot help thinking that there are going to be a fair few folk kicking themselves for not holding on a wee bit longer (the “wee” was for tdk)… we are talking hours or days, the mind boggles..

Don’t get me wrong, should the deal fall through we would probably suffer a 50% correction? But even then it would only be a setback….

However I really don’t think that will be the case…

Its now in TheoremRX hands, the longer it takes the more of a buying opportunity for those with cash..

Nothing we can do about it… probably best to remain calm and not beat each other up about it. :)

The sellers who cannot wait are precisely the folk you don’t want to be invested along side, they are not interested in Val and the work that is being done..

The deal will come when it’s ready, today ? Or January or perhaps February if there are any loose ends, but it will come..

Then we will have the institutional investors turn up with deep pockets, they will invest into the bright future that Val now offers…

Plenty in the pipeline for sticky investors to look forward to :)

I suppose it boils down to “trust in Suzy” if you don’t trust her then sell…

If you do trust her then the SP is still very cheap, imo

I know deep down my target price (£2.36) is perfectly possible in time, in fact it’s “possible” for multiples of this, however it will take time..

In my humble opinion this deal will make Val become a credible investment and we are at the start of a new journey
