Where do you recon interest rates will go over the next 6 months 5% - 8%?… I can remember a 15 % mortgage rate :(((

I got my son to fix his mortgage at around 1.6%, for 5 years recently, unfortunately my niece has a reasonable sized mortgage and I have been telling her for over a year to fix hers, and as of today she hasn’t (slap head emoji)

Lots of cheap housing stock will be coming onto the market next year, imo ..

I am looking forward to Thursday, though I am working in the day, but I will have a “watch” when I get home ..

I don’t believe I’m on the fence, i have my shares and I consider this a strong buy! huge upside potential…

however if no “real news” comes out on the 29th then the SP is likely to fall back? All the TA in the world is not going to change that, imo..

Just an observation, if TA works so well on Val, why are some that use it “underwater”?

On the plus side the pound has hit an all time low against the dollar so that makes things more favourable to the Americans…

I remain confident of my long term target.

Bottom line is , if we get positive news on the deal or our “other products” the SP will rise, probably quite significantly..

However if we get “it’s out of my hands” news the price will go down…

Keep it simple, I say ..

Still here as positive as ever :) My target price prediction remains the same in a little under 4 years time…

I just find some of the bun fights on here a bit tiresome at times..

Plus another reason, we have work coming out of our ears at the moment, it’s been the best year since being self employed, however I can see things changing next year, as the recession sets in.. so making hay while the sun is shining, as they say …
