About double this SP! But when must you buy?

Topped up to small but now worthwhile holding. A crazy but contracyclical speculation.
Question:
If this had been a normal market, what would the SP be on an announcement like this? I know what I think. 3.5-5p.
(even though a fundraise is no doubt around the corner)

Less than value of the harness racing business alone. Totally bonkers but you could argue we live in bonkers times. No news on the Cali legal situation before November so plenty of bear market to pick more cheaply - if I haven't either gone skint or popped clogs! Good luck all.

These have dropped again and the logic of holding them is stronger than ever now peeps will order ever more online.

Set a limit Buy here at a touch over 5p. If they keep dropping tomorrow I might get in. Even if they go lower that is less than half their (historical) NAV and I can live with that until a few punters come to their senses - or we get am IPO.

On the contrary. This is precisely the type of event when fortunes are not only lost (by most!) but made by the few that somehow get it right. I cannot tell you how but they certainly have a strong constitution and my hunch is a knack for doing
the opposite of what seems obvious. I also suspect that the winners don't actually need the swag because they are only doing it for kicks.

Didn't they fall on their feet by selling off all those shopping malls a couple of weeks back!
Fortunate indeed to have rid themselves of the corresponding high-interest debt just before the market crash.
This leaves HMSO well-placed to take advantage of other cos owning quality property assets but now caught in this market.
And they can finance any such purchase at the lowest ever borrowing rates.
All those pluses and a one-off massive dividend but goes ex that very soon. I may take another bite before that. Shame Brent Cross was excluded but hopefully that will sell soon, no doubt to some Saudi emperor wishing to hold anything except oil!

Banks are about the least likely to benefit from zilch interest rates, hardly any branches and CoroVlad 19!
