You probably do not want an IT which comes out top right now but SIGT is not performing at all well, probably because it is hard to be committing to dividend (as well as 'growth') when most shares are not giving any. Recent article says average sustainable divi should be no more than around 1.5%. This is therefore on watch to sell. Thinking about throwing a lump of cash into RCP, but not quite yet.

Can understand your point BigSi, but the right to convert at this price was agreed some time ago, so enabling BPC to be in the position it has subsequently achieved. So strictly the conversion is not robbery of existing shareholders although you are undoubtedly correct that it does dilute value for us 'small' existing holders. It will not matter much, though, once we are a major producer! Let us hope we are still around to celebrate then.

This Q1 should be fantastic. I cannot understand why the traders havent descended on this stock and hoovered. It will have become much better known in UK and abroad and I see no reason why this pandemic should not be the making of LID. All IMHO and please DYOR. Keep safe everyone.

Wish I could buy a golf course in a posh area like Arkley for £350,000!!! I have just averaged down here. When times are better these will be over double this SP. Now own 8 golf courses. You can see what their game is long term. If they get planning to develop any of them (or part) for housing, there's huge gain. A single large detached in Arkley will go at today's prices for seven figures!!

That means charges as % of Fund will rise and not make this Trust as desirable. I intend to stay put for now in hope that things will improve again, but also would not be surprised if it merges with a bigger Trust.
