Do not understand why SP falling still. Divi is safe and there is no risk this type of investment is likely to be curtailed even if there is a Labour govt. Assume it is just weak market.

That is what is really needed and I would have thought its release would be in the best interests of KZG, whether it is good or bad. Lack of info can only be bad for investors and potential investors and will give the co a bad reputation as a potential investment, so let us hope they bring out something quickly.

Either that or they have a sadistic sense of humour. This RNS was fine but it wasn't what we wanted to see right now. With rest of market s*itty, starting to wonder about whipping the cream off when (if?) we do get the MAPA. I really wanted to keep them all but market conditions is turning me around a bit. A bit more cash would be a very valuable commodity in this market and the remaining HMI would run for about 5p each....

I have just seen the Market Cap of KZG, around �8.5M., which really is nothing. A decent JORC would justify a pretty large uplift, so whilst I share all the misgivings, all is not totally lost. I will just be mean about coughing up any more without EXCEPTIONAL justification! Lucky weekend to all.

I thought the one small buy caused this close but that cannot be right. My share platform has the 'correct' close at 3.25 sell. Something is definitely wrong here and I think the company's broker must be in on it. If this was not AIM, trading would be suspended. Sadly I too suspect a placing at lower than this price. Can there be any other logical explanation?

Hardly one buy and loads of large sells. At this rate what I hoped was a 'silly' average down price will be reached tomorrow! Something smells fishy. Why no takers?

I am grateful to you all for your views on why SP is falling. I am assuming BoD awarded themselves loads of free options to buy at 6p and now are ditching for what they can get. This is not necessarily a signal that they see KZG going nowhere. Since they cost them nothing, then any sale price is profit and in my experience some will use this for divorce settlements, school fees, tax payments etc. So I wouldn't necessarily read it as their thoughts on where this one is heading. I agrre though that is not exactly helpful.

Sorry about duplication. Yes -20% suits 'the suits', but for the rest of us, who would like early warning, how do you tell? Well, we have mostly to look at the charts and hunch. Sure the market COULD rise 250 points tomorrow but variety of present factors, most important being Brexit, militates in favour of a 'step down' market for quite a while. There will be wonder stocks if we can find them but IMO this is a riskier than average time for UK shares, and possibly US too. Of course I have only been dabbling 50 years! AND I hold too many NG losing me a bucketful.....

Me too spindok. I had a big holding but I sold half few weeks back (phew). Adventurous Investor in last weekend's FTdid a piece about infras and was lukewarm at best but he did say that HICL was getting cheap. May be worth considering a limit sell or gritting teeth because my hunch is that they cannot be too far from the bottom.

Nothing much seems to move this SP. Maybe IC and the weekend papers might get the price moving.

Because this releases 'digs' usually in older housing which can be renewed for younger families seeking to buy, WJG should be regarded positively by all politicians as improving available housing stock. Hopefully the SP will get its mojo back too.

I hold ITs, OIECs UTs and some shares (total 32 in portfolio). I think we are at least two weeks into the bear but no-one klnows for sure until chins have hit floor! Have been trying to play safe for about a month (Ruffer Inv Co, Henderson Alternative Strats etc) but the only certain way is to dump every share and hold cash- then you have to lose dividend income and psych when to jump back in! Best of luck. We are all going to need it.
