Why is it that with all these spec counters (and I have a few) they dive by 10% + per day, often days on end, but on good news they crawl up a measly 2% before quite often succumbing to profit-taking? It is very frustrating ,

seems to imply reasonable chance of further progress to c 875 and if moves straight beyond that, the tenner is within reach.

Thanks for that Seaking1. Visited website now. Not given a value but extremely valuable IMO as adds considerably to the spread and reputation, quite apart from any actual cash. Certainly worth staying put here because I can only see upside, especially at this depressed SP.

Yr end 1 Apr. Results 6 Jun. Should be good without 'shooting out the lights'. No rockets with this! Nevertheless, big discount to assets and hopefully now its not an AIM stock, the results will get a bit of attention.

Saw that but still comforted that AZN persevering when they could have shut MYSTIC down early. Present price all but prices in total failure with MYSTIC anyway. And as I have said here many times, if it succeeds, will rise beyond 70!

No buybacks for two weeks now and over 10% off the bottom. Still a long way to go though and I am hoping that they will soon announce the spin off of the US business, Convinced the two parts will be valued at much more than the whole and will give a large boost to this SP. Also suspect a bid for one of these outfits in the electric car charging business using some of the millions of shares now in Treasury.

Your sources are better than mine! Like you I have very good vibes about this. It is, though, overlooked by practically all 'small' investors (not sure you count as small any more with five times my gamble). The plan for me was to add to the Flutter Fund' in the new tax year and this was based on the theory that at least one of the existing four would have shown exponential profit by now! Well, it hasn't quite worked like that so I am slowing down. It is all too easy to pour money into instantly diving shares! Got my eyes on Serica Energy whose figures out this week but decided to wait for them, rather than dive in first.. Do hope we get RNS on your news here soon and very best wishes.

Bit out of my depth here but if there are millions of these shares swilling around, aren't they doing us a good turn by sweeping them up at this point even at this price. At least the market is tighter for now? Obviously they could subsequently sell for quick profit but the dratted things have to rise first!

Youthful new minister and govt is probably very positive for TLOU. They will get on with things and not get bogged down. At least I have that feeling.

Discovered that now they have UK regd REIT status, one divi will be on earned income and be paid gross to your ISA, the other will be on property income and be paid net of tax, even to your ISA!

This is surprising considering the high yield and the property backing. I can think of two possible reasons: 1) MXF does all this by being highly geared. Borrowings are around 50% and each time they expand, so does the debt. Fine in a good market. If MXF is forced seller, who would buy and would they make a profit? 2) Perceived political risk. I don't see it (Possible Labour government never raise enough to nationalise these). Nevertheless some feel it is a reason not to hold. On the other hand, you can argue this is the perfect time to buy - virtually no premium.

I have just checked my ISA holding and have had the divi paid in TWICE, once gross and once net!!! Will advise my platform tomorrow. Medicx have problems this time round! Thanks for alerting me.
