RE: 3 decent sized buys in quick succession29 Sep 2020 12:20
Volume on down movement suggests to me I will get a chance to buy in again at or below current levels at some point for a quick play, only made possible by periodic outbreaks of irrational exuberance around here.
Satisfied to have gotten out at 1.52 (see my post at that time) as it was obvious to me that Rupert would leap at the chance to get away with a breakeven trade. Recent buyers are getting a mini dose of what so many long term posters here have experienced, death by a thousand cuts as things don't quite work to plan. Budget over run from about £300k as per initial SF estimate to £12m borrowed would normally lead to complete removal of all management associated with any aspect of the planning, until then this is uninvestable but might, just might, present a quick buy sell at some point.
For all the stuck longs here, I sure hope something good comes along. A bitter lesson I have had to learn a fair few times, selling for a >90% loss is all too often better than seeing a 100% loss.
