In July 2021, Boohoo announced that it had entered into a franchise agreement with the Alshaya Group to operate Debenhams stores and websites in Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Egypt, Oman, and Qatar.

Under the terms of the agreement, Alshaya will have exclusive rights to operate Debenhams stores and websites in these countries for a period of 10 years. Boohoo will continue to own the Debenhams brand and intellectual property.

The partnership is seen as a way for Boohoo to expand its reach in the Middle East and to tap into Alshaya's expertise in operating retail stores in the region.

Suggest total revenue @ gross margin is the metric to value the group as a whole

It’s looking in the rear view mirror but the near £1.8B for 2024 that PP is quoting may not be that far away ? Maybe err on the lower range of revenue as they focus on profit?

Key is the margin, 6% looks doable, maybe higher - they guide 6% to 8% , £100M plus looks doable

£1.5B @ 4.5%

Boo at scratch FCF if on a good day they squeeze stock to get the extra £20M out of stock

Personally I think COGS / distribution will produce 6% 2024

If we have a return to growth, even £1.7B @ 6%
