Personally I have no problem PP posting, know they are not invested and provide a free information service on why not to buy Boo, however think below is fair to say

A few weeks ago PO was advising sell Boo at 32p and buy Rev B at 34p as Boo will take out Rev B for example or yesterday that Big Mike was shorting Boo which would have been illegal under 5.3

From the posters misunderstanding of the balance sheet/ p&l

the list goes on - we all make mistakes but PP doesn’t take on board info off other posters like Wolf/Hex etc who are happy to help the poster, neither are radical bulls but well balanced

There is risk holding Boo but the data is moving in the longs favour and we have Mike Ashley and the Shorts on the Bid alongside the USA site scaling up - we know this from DHL

Potentially money to be made here for a private investors, just need to have patience whilst the big players try and squeeze out shares off us on the cheap, if Boo is good enough big Mike it’s good enough for me

Posters like Wolf try and help you regarding your interpretation of the accounts, know I keep mentioning to you but it’s well worth an hour of your time watching the conf call and running the numbers through your own spread sheets

I agree, I don’t think Boo can pull another £100M out of working cap

What your missing is COGS reduction, check out Pre Covid percentage (46%) then cross ref to last year

Then look at the 35% average reduction YTD, it’s a big number

on maybe £850M

Distribution as well, some costs down 90% - goes back to the conf call, well worth you watching this, especially if you are offering a free financial advice service warning investors to not buy Boo

MA wants access / control of the automated Boo fulfilment centres and the pure on line infrastructure

Plus he gets Beauty, USA and Middle East partners

Will he go full hog on a bid? No sure tbh but I would say he could take his stake to 29.99% and he’s calling the shots

MA is closing in on 120M Boo shares not 17M ?

MA could repeat his AO position here (22% ?)

Bit of patience and we have a chance to replicate THG return, set up nice for us PI’s on a risk/reward basis

Sheffield Boo is one the most automated online clothing fulfilment centres in Europe with the 1M sq/ft USA site replicating and it’s cost serious money/ time to put together

and he’s buying those assets at cost price today on the back of Boo’s time and limited risk for him

Big Mike doesn’t have that infrastructure for pure online in place plus the USA angle and throw in the Middle East/ Beauty

Would he go hostile if he took to 29.99% ? He doesn’t need 75% of the vote to pull a deal off and would the II’s support a Fraser takeout ? It’s not been his MO but is there room on the BoD for big Mike and Mr Kamani ?

Boo BoD need to do something, throw a curve ball in here otherwise he’s going to keep buying at these levels

£130M gets him close to the 30% of Boo and by default 10% of Rev B ?

If Boo can grow their (RevB) sales suggest that’s key for their online strategy

Then focus on bricks and mortar stores which is their bread and butter

60% margin is healthy, they just need top line growth
