RE: IF we the shareholders voted against the fund raise would it fail ?13 Feb 2022 12:38
Captain
That’s the crux
They can’t say they have ‘significant ‘ £cash then say 10 days later the business in insolvent - it’s only facing insolvency they can raise funds for the benefit of creditors
We shall have to see what comes out of the London Stock Exchange investigation into the Directors conduct but we can as shareholders vote down this massive solution
The business then has £3M cash in hand
£10M T/o
50% gross ? Maybe higher
IF the fund raising was voted down then the Spivs - who have sold in advance and buy back in the 5p placing to close their position - are in trouble
They will have to buy back in the market and the share price should rise, with no debt , £3M cash, reduced overhead and the £10M revenue then the BoD can return to the actual shareholders for say £2M at a fair price and the BoD can contribute to the fund raise same time
I for one will be voting against the proposal, we have very little to lose
Nb noticed comments from a poster regarding Jag
IF Tom is correct then Jag is in a serious trouble IF it’s deemed he misled the market, as posted the directors of Redcentric just received 3 years in prison, no idea if the allegations by Tom are correct but the AIM Team will be all over this BoD
