RE: WHAT TO DO16 Feb 2022 14:41
Fully agree, this is personal now, many of us have lost money after the manipulation of the BoD for their own benefit
How can the BoD issue an RNS last month saying the company has ‘substantial’ cash then just days later RNS saying they want another £7M !
If it was just that one RNS but it’s been 20 months of taking us shareholders as fools and us trusting them , be it Tweets or RNS’s
As I say it’s personal now, embarrass them personally and we can get the share price back up, win win for us shareholders
IF Omega finds itself on the receiving end of a cheeky Bid there is a chance of it priced right then shareholders would except, the BoD with their history as directors of a plc are finished in the public markets - unemployable
They will struggle to get a gravy train job like the one they have paying themselves £200,000 a year with Options
Jag made at least £300,000 to £350,000 last year all in as commercial director of Omega, we got paid £600,000 for Covid tests over 2 years
That was just 1 directors total remuneration selling his options at 90p after the BoD ramped the stock - plus his salary
