Well in the end H2 production is not that easy or 'green'....its definately going to rely on huge quantities of electricity to 1. produce the water you need. 2. convert the water to H2. 3. Convert the H2 to liquid H2, 4. keep the liquid liquid...
huge quantities of water needed to use as feedstock for H2 and for cooling during electricy generation ...I read a report recently that you would need around to almost double the amount of power generated by the US to have a transistion to H2 production...water that could be used elswhere.....crops etc
Oops - forget my last post
""From my backpacking day in Oz years ago. The country is so huge with massive areas of relatively low yield land due to lack of water, perfect for solar projects. So why do BP need agricultural facilities. Just wondering.""
1 litre of water will produce 110g of H2, so I guess as well as using solar power - they need water - lots of it. I assume though when they burn the H2 they can recover the water.....
What happened to final results today?
"Our younger generations have thoroughly bought into the green rhetoric. Myself I see some sense in many of the arguments and do believe we should be more respectful of the environment"
I dont see that at all - they may have bought in in their mind but not in body and actions - yet! Current trends for everything disposable from e-cigs to mobile phones and clothes , getting a new (electric) car on PCP every three years isnt very good for the environment. Daming big oil, big pharma etc with their social peers makes them feel good - but its actions that count. I look at my local environment with dismay - its not middle age Britain thats throwing junk out of car windows....
Dudio - stop sleepwalking - they are fast running out of cash.. they themsleves said that they had enough cash to last until October 2023 - looking at latest results they have extended that to Dec 3023.. 7 months to go tik, toc

"Umm, from the west yes, but I wonder if RU will decide as a result of this that Kaz gets tagged as 'unfriendly'," couldnt the russians just pull the plug - meaning nationalise the russian operation at the drop of a hat? As we are also 'unfriendly'
""I'd love to know what our CSO Phillip Monk does on a daily basis for his annual £300k.
I mean, we've proven the science, as it were. So presumably he's not playing around with test tubes and fluids. So other than the occasional presentation, what does a typical day look like for him?""
he aint going to leave this con job for a real job - another one with 1p options - 1.5M of them
"So no Axe it is not about 30 days or 2 months! It is ANY inside information! ANY inside information will mean they are not allowed to buy shares!"
just ridiculous - by their very nature directors have inside information. That is why they have to declare the buy or sell! If RM had confidence in the company he would have bought shares and declared it - he could have done it straight after the failed trial RNS and several other times outside any other 'insider' info. The bare fact is that there has been NO say again NO positive news in last 18 months that would have been considered 'lnsider' that wpuld have prevented RM buying shares
buying shares is what company directors do when they have confidence. He has none - hence nothing. Same with other management in this company...
sharedealer says "Now my personal belief is the directors are party to undisclosed inside information about a trial or trials, thus meaning they are NOT allowed to buy shares in the company at this moment.""
and my last say on this BS - The directors are not buying shares becuase they have NO confidence in the outcome - its as simple as!
