sharedealer says "Now my personal belief is the directors are party to undisclosed inside information about a trial or trials, thus meaning they are NOT allowed to buy shares in the company at this moment.""
Your absolutely having a laugh....
1. These useless gets gave themselves a pay rise of 12% on the 1st Jan 2021 - that took RM's salary to 217K - but that wasnt enough was it - shortly afterwards on the 1st August 2021 he gave himself another payrise of a wopping fecking 43% to 310K .
2. They also decided to award bonus of a 100% of salary based on some TSR criteria - go look at the annual report - needless to say - they awarded themselves this criteria as the TSR is shooting upwards - I wouldnt be surprised to see he got a fat bonus last year
3. And the nail in the coffin - awarded themselves options to buy shares at 1p yet again - RM has around 2.3 million option shares now AT 1P!! - why the feck do you think he would by any unless he could at that price
Simply - its a cash cow for the directors - nothing less
Thry have simplified this for everybody by coming up with the ex-dividend date. You have to buy/hold the share before the ex-dividend date -then you get dividend. If you sell the share on the ex-dividend date you still get the the dividend. Simples
Bare facts are meaningless without analysis.
Yes Tommy you are correct -but your the guy who came up with the 40% figure without knowing any of that info.......I say again - if the data was as good as you want to believe - the SP would not be where it is. The data HAS been analysed by the experts and we are where we are - NO product for covid
""If you want to know how many people died on a trial you need to not just look at day 7,14,21 death rate compared to placebo. You need to look at what level of treatment they were receiving because some may have been intubated and died much later. Some
may not have had access to ventilators because the hospital was overwhelmed. Some may not have had access to all SOC therapeutics or had different SOC therapeutics.
That’s why they analyse data not just publish bare facts.""
defo lost the plot - just need to read the report to get the correct figures.
The Idea that you are 40% less likely to die if you take SNG is pure nonsense - If it was the case we wouldnt be where we are with the share price.
We need to reset and find another application for SNG in next few months -forget covid - its long gone
Tommy, trouble is peolple pull out the stat they want.
The bottom line is
Reason Not Completed
Withdrawal by Subject 23 27
Protocol Violation 0 1
Non-compliance 0 2
Physician Decision 2 1
Serious adverse event (Fatal) 16 18
Serious adverse event (Non fatal) 2 1
16 people left the study becuase they died on the SNG side! 18 people died on the placebo side died - this is not 40% Its concluded as a risk profile at the end
All-Cause Mortality
SNG001 Placebo
Affected / at Risk (%) Affected / at Risk (%)
Total 16/309 (5.18%) 18/314 (5.73%)
Basically the whole study shows that if you took the placebo over SNG - there is little statitistical difference in your outcome - hence this drug for covid has been dropped
big buy opper....
Its damning ...unless this company comes up for another use for the drug (or another drug) its end game.
I am reposting this for those who may have missed it... I suggest everyone reads it..
IMHO the outcome was not as positive as I thought ... There is a lot more deta

oil expert - if I didnt know about how CCS works I wouldnt be invested here!
it is highly unlikely that we are going to see a serious u-turn in the WFT - they will get hammered - the article posted earlier hits the nail on the head
""This highly anticipated announcement, which was previously dubbed ‘Green Day’ and ‘Energy Security Day’, is expected to take place in Aberdeen in Scotland.
According to sources, the plan will focus on investing in renewable energy sources such as wind and solar. The government is also expected to support hydrogen production and usage and a wider plan for meeting the target of 24GW from nuclear power by 2050.
The package will also include a new mandate for car manufacturers who will be required to produce a set proportion of electric vehicles from January.""
any money announced for CCS announced tomorrow has largely already been announced - there wont be any 'new' money for this tomorrow.
