RE: Shake9 Jan 2025 18:01
Well there was the smallest of shakes and if you were lucky you got some at 3.45p having seen the bid hit 3.75 today. We have seen some significant buys and equally some large sells, but one thing became clear in the afternoon the MMs were picking up what they could. There is clearly a large buyer in the background. I expect some significant buying again tomorrow and the buy volume to be even higher than today. The early sellers are out and we can see this re-rate to a sensible level before the US bio-Tech conference, which commences on 11/1.
Now re-reading what was released yesterday by the company, along with the update this morning I believe holders are rightfully optimistic about what is happening right now. Over a quite a long period we have seen posters claiming the problem with Tim is the “Jam Tomorrow” updates……..well one thing is clear to me the jam is here and anyone that wants a slice can get onboard, for what will look like a gift in the short term.
What we know about the conference:
The JP Morgan conference and Biotech Showcase are annual premier partnering events, designed to provide biotechnology companies with the opportunity to present to and connect with global Biopharma companies and investors.
The advances made by ImmuPharma with the P140 program, particularly in the latter part of 2024, have led to significant interest from leading Biopharmaceutical companies and we are progressing discussions as we move to establish global licensing agreements.
Let’s say it seems clear there may well be multiple interested parters in the results from P140. The details of the P140 Studies will more than likely be shared first hand over the course of this conference and shared with holders next week.
My view is to buy what you can at these levels, because Immupharma’s current market valuation is still sub £16m
