Everyone on this board was warned about his ways. Nothing new here.
Do you guys think We'll get an RNS (Non-placing and non-quarterly) by say December?
Sub, yes it is but that's only if COPL can follow suit with the rest of the better energy companies and keep a tight ship when it comes to G&A / bbl. Oilexco has shown us quite the opposite, so hopefully Art and co have learned from their reckless mistakes.
Guys, check out the MD&A from March 31, 2018:
" ShoreCan assessed the
investment based on the fair values of Essar Nigeria’s assets and liabilities upon obtaining control over Essar
Nigeria. ShoreCan estimated a fair value of the Essar Nigeria loan to its previous parent at $6 million (as compared
to the loan face value of $62.7 million as presented in Essar Nigeria audited financial statements as at December
31, 2016) as the shareholding agreement with Essar Nigeria provides for the repayment of this loan from
anticipated future production. The loan is an interest free shareholder loan. Non-controlling interest (“NCI”), was
recognized at the NCI proportionate share of net assets acquired."
In previous MD&As the loan was not estimated at fair value to be only $6 million... Not sure how they were able to manage this?

These shouldn't surprise anyone at this point. You've all been warned repeatedly in the past that this is how it would play out.
Detroit, XOP is trading on the CSE and can only trade as low as $0.005 (half a penny) which equates to a market cap of $12.43 million Canadian (equivalent to 7.71 million british pounds). On the LSE, the current stock price is equivalent to $0.0016 Canadian dollers. In other words, it's much cheaper to buy shares on the LSE than the CSE considering the fact that the LSE allows trading at fractions of a penny. Buying on the CSE at $0.005 is the equivalent of paying 0.31P per share (i.e. massive premium to the LSE trading price).
Sub, lay off. This is neither my or guitar's fault. Go take your anger out somewhere else.
Sub, let it go. Your money is dead here.
At this point I consider my investment a total loss.
Good luck all,
Berta
Sub, I already gave my reasoning for not sharing. Art is a liar.
"The Company expects the Performance Bond to be in place to the satisfaction of the regulatory authorities in the coming
weeks..."
2 placings and 1 billion more shares later here we are.
It's almost laughable at this point.
Guys, these are bot generated click bait articles. Nothing more lol
I wouldn't get too excited over a click-bait article like that. I have seen countless of those for all kinds of different stocks.
Sub, out of respect I cannot.
LOL - just curious more than anything! I think the market has crushed this stock somewhat unfairly in comparison to it's peers. Some offline conversations with Guitar have fueled some optimism...
GLA
Hi guys,
If Savannah Petro has a market cap of 161 million pounds what does that translate to COPL if we get the same news (even better news as ours will hopefully be coupled with service provider agreement, financing, etc.)??? I see SAVP has no revenue and much greater losses than COPL... thoughts?
Moveonup, what do you mean, they had tons of diversification! They have interests in New Zealand, Liberia, Equitorial Guinea, Namibia... oh wait...
Sedar.
$672k USD left in the kitty as of June 30th. Not enough until the end of this month at their burn rate of $400k USD per month.
Quarterly is due this week. As usual a vague "update" will be provided.
Wow is that true Baserite? If so, then I'd say COPL is done. Maybe S-M isn't so paranoid.
