I wonder if Satoshi/vortex could be the partner to PIX (or simply run in the background, as a service offering to PIX and it's customers) to take care of the crypto angle?

Sorry - vortex. My mistake. But they announced in May the Vortex run rate (hence the spike in the share price and recent investment in Satoshipay). I thought they'd want to continue that?

No RNS on satoshipay run rates in June? I thought they were updating the mkt monthly?

Punchy purchase made on Friday (at 1.15p) - released after hours. Hopefully this bodes well for everyone.

I'm pretty sure there's a fund within philip j milton (rather a set of clients) whom are looking for companies where there is an angle or massive potential upside. I know this from other shares I'm interested in (but not just on this forum - in real life so to speak). I just don't see the same upside here as I do with my knowledge of this other company. if there was something in the offing, surely acrm would have to release it to everyone?

My worry is that there will be an offer for the company at 4p or something..........great for anyone whom has bought in at 1p or thereabouts..........nightmare for me with a legacy holding that works out at alot more than 4p................

I think that's because of the 7 day share price average - there's a reason for that anomaly..............just havent got the energy to refresh/reread the buy back scheme's rules.....!

That late trade last night (1.5mill) was a buy I think - looking at the strike price.

From my experience, they have clients whom identify companies where they feel there's a significant angle or uplift, compared to the present share price.

So yes - definitely hope so - I'm just hoping that I can extract something out of this - I'm so under-water I need a belljar and constant air-supply.........but yes, bodes well imo.

For clients - they are a financial adviser/broker. They act for clients. Build positions for their clients.

Well..........some might say that he's got the touch of the leper about him, after he tanked Inland (it was his hand on the tiller - along with Nish's as CFO) that drove that company into the ground, after they went all in on Main Contracting (fixed price contracts) just as build cost went through the roof (post-covid)..........they lost their way - they used to contract on sites, get planning and flip them for a profit - good business and they were good at it...........then.........well, went belly up I'm afraid. But yes, interesting to see him raise his head above the parapet with his purchases. wonder what his angle is?

Don't forget that Acuity also has a legacy investment in KCR Reit.......that share price moved on 18th June on notice of a egm (they want to removed he current board) but Torchlight (owns 55%) has already said they'll vote against everything in that meeting..................but could it lead to an offer from Torchlight for the rest of the shares.

Its been a really, really poor performer .............for literally years.......but any uplift in share price there is good for Acuity/Energiser/Drumz here. KCR's chief exec (Dominic White from memory) used to be involved here when it was energizer...........it was all interlinked, via personnel.

Has Blu got the money to even start thinking about buying crypto for it's ideas surrounding a crypto reserve?

Stephen Wicks is the chap that was the Inland Homes Director, whom started this entire company, as a standalone off-shoot of Inland Homes (to basically hold commercial income producing assets that Inland had contracted on but that wasn't how it was pitched at the time). Energiser ( I think, memory fades), which became Drumz, which became this shambles. And I've been in it since bloody Inland. Luckily I sold out of Inland before that went belly up .........but still lost some money in it. It was a great company.........right up to Covid when it went downhill at a rate of knots.

They might not buy whole businesses but perhaps just buy out remaining positions in companies they already have an affiliation with...........just as long as those companies are generating business and cashflow; I don't really mind to be honest. Just be nice to claw back some of the losses sat in here. Let's see what the next 4 or 5 months brings (because they've got to deliver before the xmas season in December) to meet their own stated timeframes.

That's not great (the Youtube thing/numbers of followers/lack of activity)..........perhaps they're putting all their energy into winning business (which is what it's all about.............and will concentrate on the social media side of things thereafter. Here's hoping anyway. Here's hoping they actually have a plan........have any idea what they are doing.

The last tweet (what's it called now if it's changed it's name to X?) was January this year, for ACRM............so not exactly buzzing tbh.
