RE: Khemmiset Project - Figures27 Aug 2020 12:33
Excellent post but if I may be so selfish as to politely (cheekily) say. Shhhh. I'm still waiting on EUA to do it's thing and with their AGM date announced I may well be able to get myself an ISA chock full of EML @ these kinda levels and leap frog on out of min wage work and become an actual investor in a couple years to come.
Just a few more weeks/months hopefully before I can prove to friends and family that have been rather bearish over this whole game of mine that is coming up to a year of no payday; as they say.
Now even though I only I have 25k here it is my second most expensive holding (TRX, 400% diltution...with SXX funds that I should have split with EML, doh!) but the 14kish shares in EUA is my cheapest holding @0.982p and well, I am confident my £140 punt will net me in excess of £14000 profit. :D and I want EML as a long term dividend play with a % of those profits.
That may be a bit long for some at this stage of the project but looking at the numbers the company is going to have a lot of profit to play with in 3-4 years time but unless I really do nail this investment game I will not be able to afford the SP in years to come to get the shares needed to make a viable living.
Although I reckon even doubling my holding would give me a good annual subsidized living and I am used to earning less than 12 grand a year :/ I mean, take 30% off the inhouse valuation of £2.96 (pre recent minor dilution admittedly) and we have £2.072. Awesome. Now throw in an upgraded resource via underground extensions and a long term full production SP above £2 does not seem unreasonable to this novice.
The primary risk short term as I see it is more but minor dilution, medium term a rubbish finance deal and longterm a global recession supporting the lower end of potash prices but as we know EML is profitable across a range of potash prices due to it's industry low CAPEX, Hayden is a finance guy who stepped down as CEO to pursue good finance and the minor dilution I can take after TRX (did I also mention the 73% discounted placing offered in a 4 hour timewindow after close of play).
So I'm going to be here for some years to come and I know that at some point in time I'm going to wish I had thrown the kitchen sink at this as I did with EUA when it went into suspension in what arguably seems like a different life almost 6 months ago. But we invest what we can afford. Hence the fact I have not added to EUA post suspension. What's the point of getting around 1000 shares when I could get 10000 here is my logic.
Now to actually cross ramp something (I don't think EUA counts as it's such a hot topic across BBs). That's why today I am quite conflicted as tomorrow is payday and I am torn between getting myself to 35k shares here or getting a lil over 100k shares in UFO which is flying below the radar but only just as it is about to get a silver mine in Oz, JV news inbound on a copper project and has DSO grade iron ore in Pilbara. Decisions, deci
