He needs the income now and for it to be sustained and this doesn't guarantee either in the short term.

It's good to be mentally prepared for that possibility, you have to be realistic when holding something this volatile. It is a long term commitment, but at the moment the price action is so exciting that I can't stop watching and that's exactly what you shouldn't be doing with a long term commitment really. One of these days I'm going to close the laptop and not come back until peace breaks out.
