I sold Duke on news of the placing too, was a bit hasty and could have got a better price if I'd have waited. I was holding for the divi but my confidence has been shaken now. No regrets about selling, there are more secure dividends out there so will park my cash elsewhere.

The price on the open market is likely below the exercise price for the employee share scheme so why would anyone buy through that at the moment... or am I missing something?
