Pdub - "Offmessage I don’t think you are correct..."
Fair point, I saw the chart and figured it was a usual AIM spike, with not much substance, but looking at the books I see it was actually supported by lots of cash, as you say, so I take back my use of the word 'speculative'. I still wonder what that cash flow projection looks like now and what a reasonable sp should be based on that projection.
*financial projections
Pdub - "Yet by late 2018 it was 48p. Roughly 32 x increase."
Yes but purely on speculation and I dare say there are quite a few people sitting very uncomfortably on those short term speculative spikes. Now that BMN are actually producing and generating revenue, it would be interesting to have some financial, using expected production and a range of product pricing, to understand what actual tangible underpinnings there might be to the shareprice, beyond the less quantifiable, more speculative elements.
"Probably on the assumption that..."
Ok so not based on any actual modelling of cash flow and value, just on a sense that things seem to be looking positive. I thought there might be more substance to expecting such a high and specific target to be met within such short timescales.
"Show me another share where there is a reasonable chance of 100% at literally any time/any day soon?"
You're kidding right? Every BB of just about every prospective miner, oiler and biotech on AIM is full of posts saying pretty much the same. It's a bit like religion, everyone believing their speculative punt is the one true multi-bagger and all the others are just false profits.
"£1 target within 18 months seems reasonable to me"
Is that based on any actual calculation of fair value or just hope?
Looks like it retested the breakout from the 9 year long down trend channel and it's now established in a new up trend channel with a target iro £2.30:

@compound - great post, wise words.
Ah ok. Still look like a great buy though: https://uk.movies.yahoo.com/two-important-factors-could-move-074640530.html
Did they? Not seen that, have you got a link? Seems unlikely the way they're printing cash at the moment.
Another oiler, cash rich no debt, price drop looks way overdone
Serica is worth a dabble too
The price action is weird, maybe just being traded heavily... in any case, I'll be picking up some more tomorrow if this level holds.
@Dartron - ok yeah I see what you're saying... as it goes it did actually touch the 50ma about 5 minutes after I posted saying that I didn't think it would :-)
"I think we will touch the 50 before we start to move on"
I think that's about 25.8 ish, I'm not sure we'll get there, it's possible of course but we seem to have strong support from the 10ma on the weekly which is currently at 26.53:

"anyone advise if there are any gaps to fill between £1 and current share price?"
Only on the 5 min chart and smaller timeframes and that's between 1.09 and 119. All longer timeframes have no gaps.
"End of q2 is end of June. Are you sure we weren’t promised we will be producing end of Q2?"
They had first production from Heron scheduled for mid 2022 'hopefully' - it's on the timeline slide in the investor presentation they did last year.

"Is the dividend factor compounded each month on the ploughed back sums?"
Yes. Set up DRIP with your broker and you'll then be getting dividends on your reinvested dividends.
Yes, it's true that the sp isn't keeping up with the company value, but I'm confident we'll get there. It's frustrating but on the plus side it means that the reinvested monthly divi will buy even more shares, which is exactly the benefit that the BoD intended when they moved to a monthly divi:
"the Company's board of directors has determined that moving to a monthly dividend payment will expedite the return of capital to its shareholders, enabling potential reinvestment and improved returns during a time of market strengthening."
"How is it that gas and oil are soaring and we keep going down?"
I share your frustration but we're not actually going down; despite what the daily % change might say the sp lows are getting higher, it's just that the highs are staying the same, probably because there's a big sell order in place that's capping the rise at 28.5p currently.
In any case, we all know how much cash is being generated and how excellent the company's prospects are so it will just be a matter of time before the overhang clears and the SP increases to catch up with peers.... then we'll all be wishing we bought more during this lull.
