@BusinessOwner - I've written and signed many MoU's with business partners, that's why I understand what they are, but thanks anyway.

It's an MoU, just a non-binding agreement to try to work together, no legal or contractual element to it, keep it real.

Of course you have to worry, it directly impacts profits and oracle are in for a share of any potential profits, so a high AISC will directly impact oracle.

Yes and it all turned out to be lies and then it got suspended and a year later everyone who bought is still locked out wondering what the hell is going on and whether they will get anything at all back.

Removes the funding requirement for this project, doesn't mean the compay will never need any more funds! Expect a raise within a week.

This project might be funded but the company isn't, still got bills and salaries to pay. Expect a raise in the not too distant, they'll want to capitalise on this higher share price before it fades.
